Jaemin stepped out of the black van after Miss Kim was out as well. The short woman with long raven hair was looking at the ground when he stopped in her right. The prince looked away from her, up at the wide structure of a white castle made of marble, gold and glass. It was invisible to humans, which was great, because that meant they could stay hidden longer. It also meant his people were safe. There were few guards walking around slowly, with wolves in thick chains. He sighed, because a part of him didn't want to be home, but the other part of him told him it was where he was safe. He didn't know what Jeno was up to, or Renjun, but one thing was for sure; those two were planning something big. Could it be his parents death? Or maybe... His? No, he already knew Jeno had a soft spot for him, unless... But Renjun couldn't replace him. 

"Your highness." Miss's Kim voice rang in his ears, which brought Jaemin back to reality from his thoughts. "Let's go." 

After three days of being treated in the school's infirmary, Jaemin was finally well and healthy. All the poison that was trapped in his body was now out and he finally had his powers back. The young vampire nodded and started following her behind, on the golden path towards the entrance of his home. The guards the saw them bowed in respect, mostly to Jaemin, since he was the prince. 

The two vampires walked in silence the whole way until they reached the pair of massive doors. They opened right away, revealing a wide corridor. Jaemin was the one who stepped inside first, but he stopped right in front of the doors. He scanned the corridor, but saw no one. There were some lamps that were not ignited yet, since light was still coming from outside through some windows. The two white staircases that would lead him upstairs were also plain, but it was a matter of seconds in which Jaemin looked away, because when his eyes wandered them again, he saw a silhouette walking down. 

It was a girl, in a white long dress that was matching with her blonde hair. She had pale skin, almost paler than Jaemin's and her eyes were golden. A smile formed her lips while she approached him. 

"I thought you died on the enemy's territory." The girl spoke in a cold manner, but that was her friendly way of talking to others. She chuckled and was about to ruffle Jaemin's hair when the vampire grabbed her wrist. 

"I just got it done, Jieun." Jaemin hissed at her as he let go of her hand. "Don't ruin my pretty boy image. I need to look like an angel for our parents." 

His sister scoffed and rolled her eyes. She was younger than him by three years, which caused Jaemin a lot of headache. He was surprised Jieun didn't do anything while he was gone, since she was his responsibility most of the time. 

"What's this bitch doing here?" The blonde haired girl asked and looked at Miss Kim with disgust. "Isn't she the principal?" She then laughed loudly and stepped forward, until she was inches away from the woman. Jaemin couldn't help but smile wickedly as he watched his sister intimidate her. "My brother got hurt because of your incompetence. You should pay for that." Her claws appeared and she was about to scratch her across the face if Jaemin wouldn't have stopped her by grabbing her soft hair. "You bastard! Let go of me!" 

"Calm the fuck down, then I will." The older hissed and looked at his principal. "Go tell my parents I'm here. I suggest you pray if you want to see the sunrise." 

"Y-Yes, your highness." Miss Kim bowed her head and slowly walked away. 

It kind of brought Jaemin pleasure to see Miss Kim so scared. She knew too well it was her fault he got kidnapped. Actually, if he thought about it, Miss Kim was the third most powerful vampire from his dynasty. That meant that Jeno wanted to destroy her first. 

"You smart boy." Jaemin whispered to himself, not realizing his younger sister heard him. When his eyes met her golden ones that were shining with both suspicion and curiosity, an innocent smile formed his lips. "Nothing."
