Anyways, this story will start at the middle of the Heroes of Olympus series: The Mark Of Athena by Rick Riordan. (All Heroes of Olympus and Percy Jackson characters belong rightfully to him.)
And for MCYT, I guess it'll begin after Dream was imprisoned but Ghostbur wasn't revived yet and Bad's infected.
Sorry if I mess up the storyline, I haven't been watching any lore streams and such so this will all be based from the Dream Team Wiki and Youtube.
This book will include swearing and more but I'll put up a trigger warning in the event that a chapter contains things like that.
I'll also explain some things along the way but I don't want to spoil what I have planned.
