Chapter 11: Birth of a Menace

It has been a week since D has moved in with me and it has been great, D is very close to me now. Every time I make food she always asks me to show her how, I think she is trying to learn how to cook to surprise me. We have also been playing a lot of games together, whether against each other or as a duo. I really enjoy playing games with her even if she often critiques me on how I can get better. When we aren't eating or gaming D's new favorite hobby is trying to make new on intricate things with her Darkness Control ability, she has gotten very good at it quickly I am impressed at how quick she picks up on small things about how skills work and how to use certain abilities to their fullest. I'm not sure how effective this will be because I don't know that much about the gods in this universe past the basics. According to D the angels will be drawn to the ring I gave her because of the aura the divine steel gives off.

Right now, we are on a baren planet and D is pouring addition mana into the divine steel to amplify its aura, I have no clue if this will work but I want to see her fighting. D is currently wearing a short sleeve black T-shirt and a black skirt, but I have seen from her practice that she has created something like a combat form with her Darkness Control.

Because of D's ability she is gaining a massive buff from me being near her, we tested it out and it is kind of ridiculous how much of a buff it is. Its been a few hours that we have been waiting now and I am started to get bored of this, according to D it shouldn't be long know but I am not very optimistic. After a few more minutes finally the angels arrive, they look really cocky and it is kind of annoying how they are looking around and walking around as if we weren't here. The lead angel speaks in a tone that is so arrogant I want to kill him right there, but no D will make him suffer I am sure.

"Have you two sensed the powerful divine aura from the holy artifact around here? If you have found it give it to us and we will spare your lives, as angels it is our right to whatever item with the divine attribute has been recovered."
Is this guy serious, what is that "its our right to it" crap, you don't have the right to anything you stupid bird. In response D just stays right in my arms and responds.
