Nightmares at the manor p2- ch 9

She closed her eyes and when she opened it she was at one of her most detested memories, the one she always regretted remembering....

*start of dream*
After moving on from Adrien she decided to try to date Luka, it was so easy loving him, after all he was kind and caring, as well as gentle and understanding, he wouldn't chastise her for rambling or for the mistakes she would make , he was just so... so understanding, and she liked that about him. Despite the love she developed or him, and all his qualities, it wasn't what made it so easy to love him, what made her feel like it was easy was that she didn't stutter or become a flustered mess, she could just be herself without being judged.

She skipped down the stairs to go meet him as usual, and she finally worked up the courage to tell him how much he meant to her, sure they had been dating for a few months, but she wanted him to truly know what she truly wanted to say.

And she did, he smiled gently as he leaned in closer and closer,

Till his fingers pressed against her lips....

Oh ladybug.... If only there was someone out there who loved you..

What!?
she said as her eyes opened widely barely processing what he had just said.

you said you did she said, not knowing what to do or say, just spilling out her mind with her words..

I needed the miraculous... I knew it was going to be impossible to obtain.. so I knew I would have to date ladybug to get what I wanted...of course hawkmoth was another choice but I knew I would get nowhere with him, seeing how useless his akumas are

But you.....

You were so desperate for love and affection, that you were willing to date me just like that!
Ha
I figured after we dated I would have to figure how to deal with chat, he said as he pinned her against the wall

Luka! She said as she gasped and slid against the wall
No...... stop... she said desperately not being able to move as she laid against the pavement/ ground and tears gently steamed against her warm face

It was to late he had already taken her miraculous..

No don't, don't take it, you don't have to do this...she said as she tried to talk sense into him
No, she said as her eyes widened seeing him transform in front of her eyes, realizing what he was going to do...

No!!! Don't hurt him!!! She screamed at the top of her lungs and jolted upwards hoping to somehow reach out and stop him, only to see darkness and strange faces..
*

*awhile before ; after Damian closed the door*

As Damian shut the door he started heading towards his room that was next door, when suddenly he he heard a voice mumbling, at the sound he got curious, and as he looked around him he realized it was coming from his classmate's temporary room, so he decided to check it out..

*bold letters are marinette talking so you don't get confused*

What? She said softly yet her voice sounded hurt and confused, he decided to knock and he did it a couple of times and since she didn't answer then he decided to enter only to see her usually cheerful face scrunched up as if in pain or discomfort, as she moved around and stirred gently, but not too much. Damian worried on seeing her like that, assuming that she was uncomfortable, uncovered her from the blanket that was on her only to see her mumble again

You said you did..

This time her voice was clear but shaky with obvious hurt  lacing every word, at her tone he worried more and decided to bring dick, since he trusted him, luckily he was very near by since he got up to get a cup of water.
When Damian brought dick over to her room, and he saw her face and the way she stirred he immediately started out shake her trying to wake her up, only to hear her scream

Luka! No stop..

At those words they froze, not knowing what she was dreaming but her voice sounded sorrowful and desperate, and the only time they ever heard that tome of voice was when Bruce nearly died or when Jason died...
They both tried to wake her as her tears streamed down her face and her stirring became more frequent

No don't take it! You don't have to do this-

Her voice cracked as some words were barely audible to them, at That moment Jason, who was in the hallway with Tim, enters the room hearing the multiple voices, followed by Tim who was just as curious.

At that moment they heard a very loud and painful scream that froze them, they honestly had not heard such a scream since... we'll ever-

Nooooo! Don't hurt him-

After that line they heard a loud gasp, as she jolted up and saw her staring at them with teary eyes..

Oh I guess It happened again-
Wait how long have you been here!?...

Ok! That's a wrap! Honestly I love Luka but I thought it would make a great plot twist I was listening to freak show by set it off, while writing this as well as having frozen playing in the background, then that part came out where Anna and Hans were talking so I was like yes we need to have this on script, the this was born tada! lol, anyways this was fun to write, now to try to sleep before my sleep schedule says bye agin when I start summer school tomorrow-
