Mihashi didnt even react other than throwing his bat to the side and running down first base. Everybody clapped and cheered for mihashi
"WAY TO TAKE A HIT MIHASHI" Abe yelled
"Way to be a man mihashi!" The first basemen said as he patted Mihashi's back.
the next batter was Atake
"Lead lead lead lead lead lead"
The pitcher was in the motion and as soon as the ball rolled off his finger tips..
"GO"
Mihashi took off.

Atake hit it to the fence, Mihashi ran past seconed and to third, he glanced behind him. Centerfielder has the ball. I have time! Mihashi ran home. The ball was relayed and by the time it got to the catcher Mihashi had diven. The catcher put the glove on mihashi. He was streatched out and his fingertips were just barely on the plate. The stadium went quiet for a solid 2 seconds until the umpire yelled "SAFE. HES SAFE!!" The crowd roard.
"YEA! MIHASHI!!!!!" The team yelled in unison
Mihashi put them on the board in the bottom of the 9th.
Mihashi came into the dugout smiling.
"Abe! Abe! D-did you see me?!I was safe!" Mihashi yelped
"I saw it. Great job man!" Abe said
Mihashi blushed and laughed. It was 1 to 0 with two outs when the third batter struck out. "GAME" the umpire shouted and our team yelled.
"WE WON! WE WON! THANKS TO MIHASHI WE WON"
