Amity:

It struck her when she had been working on a project with you. You had come over to her house and made yourself comfy on her bed as she talked out her ideas. When you started adding your own ideas, she had zoned out and started to stare at you, admiring every facial feature she could find. It didn't hit her until she caught herself staring. She had fallen in love with you.

Luz:

You two had gone to the library to do research on spell casting. She had been hoping to find something to help her with her glyphs, and you had offered to help her. While she was reading through something, she glanced up to find you goofing off with a pencil balanced on your upper lip. She chuckled with you and blushed, leaning against her hand as she stared at you. When she got back to the Owl House later on, she realized, lovestruck, that she had fallen head over heels for you.
