Ever since Jungkook and Lalisa announced their relationship, the once famous City Lan's law enforcement's most wanted bachelor has now stepped out of the view of women.

But very quickly, another man has taken Jungkook's place as female officers, investigators and prosecutors' ideal person to marry.

He is Cold Face!

Most women who are in law enforcement jobs are too great in their studies or not too good with their social skills. There are a bunch of men in the system available if they want to find one. But to find a boyfriend who's earnest, affectionate, and knows when you're sick or well, it's not that easy.

And this man, the new "star of law enforcement", satisfies the majority of women's criteria for a boyfriend and a husband!

First off, he's handsome. His features are gorgeous and he's tall. Although he's not unbelievably handsome like Jungkook, to the point where women's hearts skip a beat from a glimpse of him, it's actually better. He's just right. If he was as handsome as Jungkook, it would make a woman feel insecure.

Furthermore, according to Bambam, who often goes to the gym with him, "Cold Face has an eight-pack and a very pretty mermaid line! But how come he doesn't look buff at all when wearing clothes?" He's Province K's champion in kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and shooting competitions. If you become his woman, you feel as if you've married the leader of the Martial Arts circle; who would dare bully you then? Moreover, the most insane thing is that he's very, very good at cooking! He even knows how to make soup! The members of the Black Shield Team apparently go to Cold Face's home to eat whenever they have time. Black Chicken Soup, Turtle Soup, Pork Belly Soup... his menu never repeats. Therefore, the Black Shield Team is always full of energy. It's all because Cold Face is feeding them well!

And therefore, when these many talents are found in a man and he's still single and is not good at conversing, what reasons are there to stop him from becoming the most popular guy among women?!
