The julia method

Hey loves, I will be using the Julia method for week 2, so I'll give a brief explanation.



step 1: meditate for at least ten minutes (optional) then get in a comfortable position and make sure you are completely relaxed and your mind is clear.

Step 2: start repeating "I am" over and over again. This is an affirmation so after you start symptoms then switch to affirmations like "I have shifted" "I am in my dr" "I am [dr name] and I live [dr city]" ect.

Step 3: once you feel disconnected from your body then start to visualize your dr surroundings. You should be visualizing the place you scripted to wake up in. Once you feel like your surroundings change or you shift signal happens then open your eyes and you should be in your dr. if you don't succeed go to sleep and when you wake you should be in your dr, if not try again.
