So, I've been rewatching Legends (technically I spend half my time watching legends lmao) and I realized that they had in season 2 and 3 actual chistmas episodes. why the hell didn't they celebrate Sara's birthday? Don't they knew when each other's birthday is? btw this is season 2 episode 11 (turncoat).

Even though time didn't pass in the Temporal Zone, the Legends kept track of the present. It was the day before Christmas and believe it or not, when Gideon said the timeline had changed in the past, it had happened on Christmas. George Washington had been shot to death, something that wasn't supposed to happen. "This is definitely a trap" Amaya said. "Why would the Legion kill Washington?" Ray asked. "It doesn't matter. If we go in there, they'll have a trap set up for us" Amaya sighed. "You're right" Sara said. "But we can't just not go, right?" Nate asked. "Oh, we're going. But we're gonna come prepared. Gideon plot a course for December 24th 1776. Let's go save George Washington" Sara walked to her captain's chair. Everyone strapped themselves in and Sara flew them - with the help of Gideon of course - to 1776.

They went to some sort of party, where Sara met Washington. She had to admit, he was a real gentleman. "Sara, get him out of there!" Stein blurted into the comms. "Sir, your life is in danger and I need you to come with me" Sara said persuasive. "I am not a coward and will not retreat" the man said. Sara rolled her eyes. Why did he have to be like this? So, she pulled out a gun without anyone noticing and pointed it at him. "You're coming with us" she muttered annoyed. "You're the most unusual woman I've ever met" Washington mentioned before they walked outside. Mick followed them. Something happened as they walked outside that caused Ray to be stuck in his mini size. Nate took him and put him in his pocket as he and Amaya went back to the Waverider.

Sara, Washington and Mick ran into Rip. They'd been searching for him a long time now. He'd been kidnapped by the Legion of Doom before they could save him. "Rip! What are you doing here?" Sara asked relieved. An army of soldiers stood behind him and he didn't smile at them. "Hello Sara. Goodbye Sara" he said with no emotion in his voice. Then he pulled a gun from his pocket and shot Sara. He nodded to his men and four of them took Mick and Washington, leaving Sara to the ground to bleed out.

"Gideon, what's taking them so long?" Nate asked. No reply from Gideon. Weird. After sharing looks, Jax ran to the Cargo Bay and opened the hatch. He kept running until he saw the house of the party. But he needn't go far. Sara was lying on the ground. Her clothes drenched in blood. The white snow had turned red. And she was barely breathing. "Sara!" he yelled as he kneeled down and lifted her. Luckily, she wasn't too heavy. He walked the entire way back to the ship where he helped her to the Medical Bay. "Gideon, save her!" Jax yelled desperately. But nothing happened. The ship wasn't functioning. What now?

They had a brief meeting on the Bridge. "Alright. Rip has done something to the ship to stop Gideon and that's probably how Ray's stuck in that small form as well. Sara's still breathing but we need Gideon back online to fix her. Ray, you need to fix the ship" Jax started. Ray, who was standing on the console, nodded. "I'll start right away" he said through the comms. Without it, he wouldn't be audible for the normal people. Ray flew in the air and disappeared. "Alright. We need you two to find Rory and Washington, preferably before they get killed. Can you guys do that?"

Amaya and Nate nodded. "What are you going to do?" Amaya asked, worrying about her friend. "We'll need to find a way to keep Sara alive" Jax looked at Stein, who nodded. "Who knew you'd make a great captain" Nate commented before they took off to find their other friends. Jax smiled a painful smile. He wished it had been under different circumstances.

Only five minutes after Amaya and Nate had left, the ship started shaking and they heard blasts. "That must be Rip. Look, Sara can't wait any longer. You need to operate on her and get the bullet out" Jax said. "I'm not a doctor, okay?" Stein said irritated. "You got this."
