Mon-El left Earth 2 years ago, but Kara never really recovered. She missed him every day. In this version Mon-El didn't come back married. The last time Kara saw him was when they said goodbye.

"Supergirl! Hey, wait up" Alex walked to her sister. Kara was just about to go home. "What's up?" Kara asked. "How are you? Still up for Friday?" Alex asked. "Yeah, of course. I'm so gonna beat you" Kara said and without a smile it sounded pretty depressing. Alex nodded. There was this tension between them. Alex didn't feel like her sister was being honest. Kara never lied to her. Of course, she knew she missed Mon-El, but she never talked about him, she never talked about anything. Alex felt her drifting away from her. It hurt her too. She had given her sister a lot of space the last few months, but now she just didn't know what to do anymore. "She will be fine, I believe" J'onn said as they watched Kara fly away. "How do you know? She has been acting like this since- well, you know" Alex sighed worried. "I believe she's strong. Stronger than anything that comes in her way. She just needs time."

"I have given her time."

"Maybe Kara just needs more time? Or she needs you" J'onn said. Alex looked at him. She exhaled and nodded. He was right. Kara needed her sister right now.

Alex was about to go home as well. She was alone in the weapon room of the DEO. She was about to lock the room when suddenly a light came from the back of the room. Alex walked to it and freaked out by what she saw. It was a hologram. Of Mon-El. His face was drowned in blood. His clothes were broken and he had trouble breathing. "Mon-El?" Alex didn't know what she could do. "If someone sees this. I--- 31st century----I nee-------Lex Luthor-------help, pleas---" The hologram disappeared. Alex knew what to do. "I'm going home" she said to J'onn. "See you tomorrow" he said.

But Alex wasn't going home. She took her phone when she walked through the park and pressed a certain button. It would send a signal. A signal normal people wouldn't notice. The only people who would notice were the ones she needed.

"Captain? Someone is calling for the Waverider" Gideon said. "What? How is that possible? Wait- Is it one of our friends?" Sara responded a little confused. "Alex Danvers is the one who sent the signal" Gideon said. "Is she all right?" Sara asked. "I'll set a course to National City 2020" Gideon said.

"Come on, come on" Alex whispered to the sky. "Hey, what are you doing here?" Kelly walked to Alex. "Oh, uh, just waiting for a friend" Alex lied. She hadn't told Kelly about the superfriends yet. "See you tomorrow?" she asked. "Yes, of course. And don't forget game night" Alex smiled and kissed Kelly on her cheek. "Bye" she smiled. She jogged away. Then the Waverider appeared. Lucky for Alex, it was invisible for everyone else. She entered the time ship. Sara was waiting for her in the entrance. "Hey, why did you send a signal?" she asked. "I need your help" Alex said.

They were on the Bridge and in the temporal zone. "Okay, wait, explain me one more time?" Sara asked confused. "I got a hologram message from Mon-El. He was Kara's... boyfriend until she had to say goodbye because the air was poisoned. He's in trouble. I have to help him" Alex said. "And why couldn't Kara help?"

"I don't think she can handle this. She still hasn't fully recovered."

"And why do you need me?"

"Because he is in the 31st century."

"Then let's go" Sara said and Gideon set a course to the 31st century.

''Wow, it this what the 31st century looks like?'' Alex couldn't believe she was actually here. ''Yeah, but we're here for the mission. Do you have any idea where we should go now?'' Sara asked. ''No, but I think that might have a clue'' Alex said as she pointed to the huge statue. ''Who's that?'' Sara asked and they walked closer to it. Their mouths fell open as they saw who it was. ''I did not expect that'' Alex said. It was a statue of Sara. ''No'' she said as she took a step back. ''What?'' Alex thought it was pretty great.
