Now, what Yu Jinli needed most was salt. Salt is a master condiment. Every food needs it.

"Salt? What's that?" Both the sales staff and Aunt Li were confused. Apparently, this was the first time they heard that word.

"Do you have anything that tastes brackish?" he rephrased.

Even if there wasn't salt here, with something brackish, he could get salt, though that would take some time.

The sales staff thought carefully then said: "We have a brackish vegetable here. Is that what you want?"

Hearing that, his eyes lit up as he said: "Let me have a look."

The sales staff went searching in the warehouse. After a while, he came back with something black in the shape of a lump. Others stepped back, disgusted at the look of the thing.

It was ugly.

"This is it." The sales staff presented Yu Jinli with the black lump, a bit uneasy since he didn't know what this young lord wanted.

Yu Jinli didn't know what it was either. He took it, chipped away a bit of it with his nail and tasted it. Immediately, his beautiful face drew in a knot.

"Young Lady, don't eat something you don't know about." Aunt Li was scared by his look. If anything happened to the Young Lady, she was doomed.

"I'm all right. Do you have more of this? I want all you have. And all the pepper," said Yu Jinli with glowing eyes.

He hadn't expected his first time out to be such a success. Not only had he found pepper, he had had salt as well.

Though not salt salt, there was a high level of salt in this black lump. After some work, he would have salt all right.

It seemed all kinds of delicacies were already waving at him. A happy life awaited him.

Aunt Li didn't know why Yu Jinli wanted something everyone else didn't, but she shouldn't doubt him since he was the Young Lady so she asked the sales staff to do as Yu Jinli bid.

Having bought what he wanted, Yu Jinli was in a great mood. He couldn't wait to go back home and make some food.

Though he had been having dragon tenderloin every day, it was true that the dragon tenderloin was tasteless. He was dying for some good food.

He missed the food on earth - the best thing ever.

On his way back, he went through all the delicacies he had had when he was on earth while considering what to make later as his face filled with smile.

Right now, Jiang Mosheng, who couldn't move lying in bed due to his injury, was staring at the door, expecting something.

Normally, at this time of day, the door would open, then a slender boy would come in happily with nutrition preparation.

However, today, the door had no sign of movement which gave Jiang Mosheng a frown. He was worried if something happened to that Yu Jinli.

For the first time, he hated himself for being so weak without even being able to get out of the door.
