The steering wheel felt light, yet it felt heavy at the same time. I couldn't feel my body; the only thing I felt was an immense cold on my feet. I was waiting for the faint traffic light to light up in green, and so it did. My feet didn't feel the pedal, but Mina's Mercedes Benz accelerated. There was a stop light, and I was supposed to turn left to continue my path, but the car just kept moving forward, and all my attempts to turn left were helpless. I was moving forward, nothing else. There was this metal fence dividing the road and the open sea, but all my attempts to stop the car were absolutely worthless. Mina's Mercedes Benz rode forward and I couldn't do anything; my body was completely numb and unable to move, all of a sudden. My eyes widened as the car moved faster and faster, crashing against the metal fence and falling off the small and low cliff. My body couldn't move and my heartbeats were faster and faster within each big breath I took. The car screeched in the air, and it fell into a dark blue abyss of despair.

I took a huge gasp of air, but my eyes couldn't open. Warm drops slid off my cheeks, but I was unable to open my eyes for some reason. I was scared to open my eyes and find myself drowning in the salty ocean. A faint yet soothing voice was all I heard in the background, and I wanted to see the owner of the voice, but I couldn't open my eyes. Suddenly, my body was shaken by warm fingers on my shoulders, but whose?

"Y/N, Y/N, baby, wake up!" the voice said.

The voice received an answer by my desperate sobs and warm tears streaming down my cheeks. I suddenly realized that it was my girlfriend's voice, loud for the first time in our relationship. Gasps of air were all I took in response; meanwhile my eyes were shut and my mind was drowning in that horrible deep blue sea.

"Shh, don't worry I'm here with you," Mina said, rocking me in her arms. "Do you think you can open your eyes for me, Y/N?"

My eyes kept crying tears, and I kept gasping for air desperately. Mina's rocks back-and-forth helped me open my eyes softly, revealing the dark room Mina and I were in. I was in her dorm, just the two of us, since we had been left alone. The only visible thing on my sight was the air conditioner's bright "62º", indicating the temperature the room was in.

"I'm going to turn on the lamp. Is that alright?" Mina asked soothingly, receiving a nod and a sniffle from my part.

Mina turned on the lamp on the nightstand, brightening a fraction of the room.

"Hey, sweetie," Mina greeted in her whispering voice. "How are you feeling?"

I sniffled, trying to gather the courage to answer.

"I'm scared, Minari," I sobbed as I held onto Mina tightly.

"I know, Y/N. Do you want to talk about it?" Mina smoothly asked as she rubbed my back.

"S-Sure," I answered with a nod.

"Okay, so, what was in that dream that scared you so much? Come on, I'm listening," Mina said, sitting on the bed as I was still in her arms.

"Well, I don't remember exactly all of it, but I remember that I was driving your car," I sniffled, calming down a bit.

"Mhm, continue," Mina answered.
