chapter 8: apex predator

vanoss and the others got down of the wooden tree platform and headed back to their tames. the rain was close since it was drizzling but when they are close to there tame they see delirious looking around the area.

vanoss: hey del

delirious: hey guys your back

wildcat: ya we are

terroriser: what were you looking for

delirious: well you won't believe me, but, i think i saw bigfoot

this gave all of them a confusing look on there face.

basically: umm did you say bigfoot

delirious: uh yes

terroriser: your kidding right

delirious: i wish but no, im not kidding

nogla: looks to me you are

delirious: im not

wildcat: maybe del is right

nogla: whay?

wildcat: if this place have dinos and sabertooth, than there could be a chance that bigfoot could be real

vanoss: than lets keep an eye out for it

they than got on there tame and headed back to their base as the rain was now here. riding back the same path they took and ears open for anything dangerous to come at them. while they are riding back they decided to make small conversation.

delirious: hey if there are sabertooth here, could it mean that giant mammals are here to

wildcat: you mean like a mammoth

delirious: ya mainly

nogla: can wait to see a mammoth or anything

terroriser: im hoping to see something dangerous

basically: like what

terroriser: maybe a spinosaurus

basically: cool but dangerous

vanoss: i still want to see if there are birds here to tame

wildcat: and im still wondering if we find bigfoot or encounter one

delirious: you'll see it eventually

vanoss: hey you guys thing the other back home are ok

wildcat: brock and them, of course

delirious: i bet there wondering what we are doing

vanoss: ya

before they talk further wildcats parasaur was roaring as it detected something dangerous close by. this made all of them stop as it keeps alarming them.

wildcat: what is it boy, what is it

wildcat looks around and sudently a gian bird creature rams into the parasaurs side knocking wildcat off and staggering the parasaur. the others saw that and also saw the bird that hit both the parasuar and wildcat. the bird was standing tall like a raptor with sharp talons and a huge sharp beak. wildcat got up and saw the giant bird it in front of him as he equips his spear at it.

vanoss: tyler attack it

wildcat: HOW

delirious: stab its chest

wildcat: ok

before he was going to strike it more of them showed up all around wildcat as the others went to help him. but the giant birds went up to them as delirious was using his dino to try scaring it off. but from the numbers of them it wasn't working and to make thing worse more of them showed up.
