Runaway Baby// Chase Stein x Reader

"Okay, I know it sounds insane Molly but college could open up so many windows for us, I mean I could get a good job and be able to be your legal guardian and take care of you while I can" y/n tells Molly  who had just caught her looking at an college application "it's not 100 percent but Gert and I have talked about this and it seems like a good idea"

"Does chase know, I mean long distance relationships sound hard" Molly tells her

"I don't even know if their is that type of relationship between me a him, he had really talked much since the doctors thing" y/n tells her placing the application down on her bed

"Hey come help with food" Alex tells at the two from downstairs

"We will be down in a second" Molly yells back before looking at her sister "if he doesn't come back to you he doesn't know what he is missing out on"

"We should've gotten more urban- scavenging tips from Topher." Y/n complains as they serve up the table

"Yeah, he was a bit of a loose cannon, but the guy knew how to make a three-course meal out of a good dumpster dive." Gert agrees, the group looks up to see Karolina and they fall Silent

"If nobody else is gonna say it, I will." Karolina crosses her arms  "What happened at the dig site was awful."

"Yeah. We, uh, we get that." Y/n agrees

"Is there anything you need? Anything we can do?" Gert asks her

"We could have another funeral." Molly offers "Maybe not a Wiccan one this time."

"Thanks, Molly. All I really need is just a day off." Karolina nods

"Off of..." Gert asks

"Off of everything." She tells all of them
"I don't care what mission-y crap goes on today. I'm out."

"Well, what's your plan?" Chase asks her

"Maybe take the bus to the beach. Hike the canyon. I haven't decided yet." She tells them all

"Maybe that's what we all need... A day off." Alex nods chase gives him a look

"What? You were just telling me how it's getting all claustrophobic in here." Alex looks at chase earning y/n's attention

"Thanks for that, man." Chase sighs

"No, but you're right." Alex tells him "We could all use a break, a day off. You know, just... And then tomorrow we can decide what's next."

"Wilder, what are you gonna do with a day off?" Chase asks crossing his arms

"I'm gonna find out if I still have a girlfriend." He says grabbing his phone

The group, minus Karolina, got out of the car as they pulled up to the address Alex sent them to. alex showed them to the garage and once they were all in their seats Alex began talking.  "Livvie, prepare yourself for your very first ever Alex Wilder insert-trademark-symbol-
here mission."

"So can I bail right now, or..." She began earning laughs from them all

"Or help us take down Darius's real killer, Geoffrey Wilder." Alex told her before she began typing on his computer "Now, we know that Darius was killed at the Gordon Hotel, so if I can hack into the surveillance system there and prove it, then we can send my dad to jail for good and clear Darius's name once and for all."

"You would send your own dad to jail?" Livvie asks him

"My dad's a murderer. He deserves to rot in a cell for the rest of his life." Alex tells her plainly
