Tanjiro was walking on a dirt path heading to his next mission, he was a little excited as he was going to asakusa where muzan is with his 'family' but in reality he could care less about them

Tanjiro now just arrived at asakusa and marveled at the city

"Wow! It's more bigger and brighter when I was 5!"

Tanjiro then walked around and getting stared at by women but he ignores them and smells a familiar scent

Walking faster tanjiro moved through the crowd and saw the back of his father, sneakily tip toeing to muzan the teen taped his shoulder making muzan surprised

He turned around and his face immediately smiled but tanjiro did notice two people who he knew were demons by their smell but he'll ignore for now

"Hello tanjiro"
"Hay dad"

Muzan's 'wife' turned around so did his 'daughter'

"Oh! Tanjiro dear why are you here?"
"You know, had some business to deal with"

She nodded as then muzan told his wife to take their daughter back home to which she obliged, going to a ally muzan and tanjiro were going to a secluded area to get back in the infinity fortress

Muzan was about to call Nakime but three drunks came walking by stopping muzan from calling Nakime, tanjiro and muzan attempted to walk by but one of drunk man bumped into muzan

Tanjiro used all his might to not kill this idiot who disrespected his father and muzan tried to calm tanjiro down whilst trying not to kill this man

"Am sorry but we are in bit of a hurry"
"Huh? You look dead! You look like your about to drop dead!"

That was final straw as tanjiro sliced the man's head in half killing him, the older man's brother attempted to attack the two but muzan effortlessly smacked the man into a wall killing him instantly

Now the women of the group was terrified for her life as muzan and tanjiro cornered her into a wall

"You dare disrespect my father? You think he isn't perfect?"
"Do I look like am dying? Do I look like am about to drop dead?"

The women couldn't answer out of fear as muzan pierced her skull with his finger and giving her a lethal amount of blood destroying her cells

"Now now tanjiro, they are dead and I got a bit of satisfaction from it. Nakime"

Then tanjiro and muzan were now in the infinity fortress, muzan went to to where he would usually stand whilst tanjiro sat next to Nakime, as a child tanjiro would listen her music and it always relaxed him and calmed him down so she was one of tanjiro's favorites

Then the upper moons started showing up with akaza and doma showing up first

"Uncle doma! Big bro!"
"Tanjiro!"

The two demons yelled as they brought tanjiro into a bone crushing hug, the two demons might have hated each other but they both cared for tanjiro so they put their hated aside and care for tanjiro

"How is your cult, doma?"
