"Now that you are here, I feel like my daughter is back home."

Yoongi's mother was smothering Seri with love and affection since she came to their home ten minutes ago. Seri was sitting on the couch in the living room in Yoongi's mother's embrace. Meanwhile her mother, Kwan Eunji was busy talking with Yoongi. His father had gone to the market to get some eggs.

"I have heard your song, Black Swan more than twenty times since its release. I am so proud of you, Yoongi-ah. Whenever I see you on screen or on billboards I can't help but tear up a little, you have come a long way." Eunji said to him, grinning with happiness.

"Tell me if you need more merchandise to show off in front of your friends. I will even get it signed by the rest of the boys." Yoongi winked at her.

She laughed at his offer.

"I made this for you three months ago when it had just started to get cold."

Eunji picked up a package from her side. It was wrapped in a green gift wrapper and there was a note on it that read, 'I will always root for you!' Yoongi excitedly took the package from her and removed the wrapper. Inside it was a hand knitted sweater in the combination of black and white. It had a small BTS symbol sewed neatly on the left side.

"I love it! Thank you so much for this, Imo." He smiled happily and hugged her.

"Maybe the whole story of you picking me up from near a garbage bin is true because you never make such thoughtful presents for me." Seri squinted her eyes at her mother questioningly.

"I still remember how you cried that day after Hyung told you that Imo actually brought you home after she saw you playing with monkeys near a garbage dump. How could you believe such a wild story?" Yoongi chuckled loudly at the old memory.

"Hey. I was a little kid back then. Geumjae Oppa, still teases me with that."

"No, you weren't. You were nine. I can't believe you fell for that story."

Yoongi's mother smacked the back of his head.

"Yaah. Stop teasing our Seri. At least she remembers us and calls from time to time unlike you." She scolded him.

"How can he call us as much as her does when he is always so busy?" Seri's mother asked her friend.

Yoongi stood behind Eunji and put his hands on her shoulders.

"You tell them, Imo." He cheered excitedly.

"He doesn't travel more than Seri. She even finds time to call when she is thousands of miles away and there is a huge time difference." Seri high fived Yoongi's mother and smirked at her best friend.

"Will you both stop fighting like toddlers and help me set the table?" Yoongi's father was standing with two bowls full of food in his hands.

"When did you come back?" Seri went over to him and hugged him.

"When Eunji was giving Yoongi the sweater."

Seri took the bowls from his hands and set them down at the table. She pulled out a chair and gestured him to take the seat.

"Mothers and Father come and take your seats, Yoongi and I will set the table." Seri pulled Yoongi by his arms and went to the kitchen with him following her behind closely. They quickly set up the table and soon both the families started eating.

Lunch was a quiet affair except for Seri occasionally complimenting the dishes. Travelling around the world had many perks but its most evident drawback was that Seri rarely ate Korean cuisine which made her miss home even more. This moment right here felt beautiful to her, she was amongst the people whom she loved and who loved her immensely.

The best friend duo cleared the table after lunch and joined the elders in the living room. They sat beside each other on the floor in front of the couch. Yoongi's father had the television remote in his hand he switched it on and put on a news channel.

"The Coronavirus which was first found in Wuhan, China has now spread to various countries creating an alarming situation for the entire world. What looked like an epidemic outbreak may very soon turn into a full blown global pandemic." The news reporter conveyed.

"Some days ago someone from the neighbourhood beside ours tested positive for the virus. Usually such viruses come and go but this seems more serious than before." Eunji showed her concern.

"Yes, it is. Before we wrapped up our shooting schedule in Paris we were tested for the virus because in France the cases had started to come from December of last year. Thankfully, the entire crew and staff had tested negative for it. But we were informed that if things do not become better we would have to delay shooting for the fourth season. I also heard rumours about lockdowns." Seri shared with them.

"I hope you both will take precautions. We will be at home but you both travel and meet a lot of people." Yoongi's mother patted her son's back lightly.

"Yes, Eomma. We will do the best that we can."

"Seri for how long are you staying in Korea?" Yoongi's father asked her.

"Probably for three more weeks. I will be returning to work in the second week of March if everything goes well after this one's birthday. We are shooting in Dubai for a month." She answered him.

"But I will come back here once more before leaving the country, I promise." She smiled and added.

Yoongi, who was listening to conversations happening around him, kept his head on Seri's shoulder and closed his eyes. His shoulders were sore from performing rigorously this past week. He slowly tuned out the familiar, comforting voices around him and went into deep slumber.
