LIV WAS SAT ON THE COVEY'S PORCH THE NEXT MORNING. she was interested to find out more about this lara jean-peter thing, and since he was giving them a ride, she was sure she could figure something out.
the door opened with a click, lara jean and kitty emerging. "come on kitty! we're gonna be late!" the girl complained.
"hi, liv!" kitty smiled.
"hey, kid." liv rose from where she was sat, watching as the covey girls stared intently across the road, counting under the breath. "uh, what are you doing? is this some weird satanic ritual?"
"shut up." lara jean rolled her eyes. "at least once a week, ms rothschild runs out to her car and spills hot coffee all over herself."
