(Y/n) and Ranboo ran through the castle's huge doors, nearly getting grabbed.

"Run! Run, (N/n)!" Ranboo exclaimed as he pushed the shorter one in front of him.

(Y/n) breathed heavily as the both of them ran straight in the direction of the boat docks.

"We need to get to Puffy and Niki! We need to get out of here now!" Ranboo ordered, not running out of breath like how the younger one was.

Looking over his shoulder, his eyes shrunk in fear as he picked up the (H/c)ette into his arms before running outside and out of the surrounding area.

(Y/n) gripped onto Ranboo's shirt as they peeked a bit over his shoulder, frowning sadly when they saw the broken looks on Tubbo and Tommy's faces.

Techno, Phil, and Foolish were trying their best to stop a few of the merpeople hunters despite some of them getting past.

And Schlatt was one of them.

"I just want to live a normal life," (Y/n) whimpered out.

Ranboo gave a sad smile as he continued to run towards the docks with his sibling in his arms.

"I know you did, but...maybe it wasn't the right time," Ranboo replied.

"Puffy! Niki!" (Y/n) exclaimed, waving a hand frantically with a mob of merpeople hunters chasing after them and their brother.

Puffy and Niki looked over before freezing.

"What did you two do?!" Niki worriedly asked.

"Ask that to Schlatt or whatever his name is! He ordered another merpeople hunter to expose us," (Y/n) quickly answered.

Puffy gazed at the mob of people with a heavy glare on her face as she quickly helped the two children onto her ship.

Niki quickly separated the ship away from the docks which started to move with the waves that the (H/c)ette started to control.

"Get back here!" One of the hunters hollered as they came to a stop.

Once far away from the island, (Y/n) slid and sat down on the wood underneath them.

Niki quickly went over to the depressed (H/c)ette and pulled them into a hug, whispering comforting words in their ear.

Ranboo walked over to Puffy, rubbing away at his forearms.

Puffy glanced up at the taller teen with a gentle and sympathetic smile, "Are you two alright?"

"I am... But I can't say the same for (N/n)," Ranboo answered softly.

Puffy looked over at Niki and (Y/n) with an understanding smile.

She knew how the younger just wanted friends and a family despite their anxiety and fear of being touched for too long by anyone.

"Did you two make any friends while on land?" Puffy gently asked.

Ranboo nodded his head, "You already know Prince Tommy, but we also made friends with Schlatt's son, Tubbo."

Puffy hummed lightly as she directed the steering wheel.

"Seeing as we're far out, you two can jump into the water if you want," Niki piped up after calming down the (H/c)ette beside her.

"Really?" (Y/n) asked with hope as they lifted their head up.

Ranboo laughed a bit when he heard the hopefulness of the younger.
