Not long after making their decision, Hua Qingling and Fu Qingyan embarked on their adventure, venturing through the sect's grounds. As they walked and occasionally ran, they drew curious gazes from the disciples, who seemed astonished to see Hua Qingling moving about with such enthusiasm. She was determined to keep up with Fu Qingyan, who was evidently brimming with excitement.
After a while, their journey led them to a serene lake hidden away in a secluded area behind the Pavilion, nestled within the heart of the bamboo forest.

The scene that unfolded before them was nothing short of spectacular. Vibrant lotuses adorned the surface of the lake, their blossoms painting a picturesque view against the backdrop of emerald-green bamboo. Koi fishes, both large and small, glided gracefully through the crystal-clear waters, creating gentle ripples that added to the serene ambiance.
In awe of the breathtaking sight, Hua Qingling and Fu Qingyan walked onto a delicate bridge that spanned the width of the lake. There, they stood side by side, gazing down at the lively Koi fishes swimming about with boundless joy in the pristine waters below.

Fu Qingyan reminisced, "We used to come here often to feed the fishes whenever we were together. Here, take these..."
From within her robes, Fu Qingyan produced a small pouch and offered a handful of fish food to Hua Qingling. With the grains of fish food cupped in their palms, they both knelt down and gently released the offering into the water below.
As soon as the first grains touched the surface, a flurry of activity erupted beneath. The Koi fishes, their colors vibrant and tails swaying gracefully, rushed over to partake in the feast. A shared, bright smile graced the faces of Hua Qingling and Fu Qingyan as they watched the aquatic ballet unfold before them.
