Things to Know
It is set in the cannon era.
This is set around late September, early October after the strike until it changes but it is specified in the story when it moves forward a significant amount of time.
Romeo is 15 years-old and Specs is 16.
Both have been Newsies for a while and their backstories are explained in the first couple of chapters.
Some of the Newsies are also already dating. They are:
-Jack and Davey
-Race and Spot
-Blink and Mush
