The girls and I showered, before getting straight to bed. Hermione took the single bed, where Ginny and I took the double. I was still awake, which bugged me. Usually I'd fall asleep easily, but now I couldn't. I sat up, looking around.

"Can't sleep?" Ginny asked, looking at me.

I sighed. "I don't know why, but I'm just not tired."

She sat up. "Me neither." She looked at Hermione, seeing her sit up as well. "You too?"

Hermione nodded. "I think your mum smuggled us a waking potion."

I giggled. Hermione stood up, before sitting down on my bed as ginny and I sat up against the headboard.

"Weird how we usually grab each other by the throats, but now we're so calm," Ginny said, looking at me.

I sighed. "I'm a real bitch, aren't I?' I asked, glancing at them.

"Just a little," Hermione said, causing all of us to burst into laughter.

"I'm really sorry," I said, pulling my long sleeves down to cover my hands. "Ginny was right the other day: I really try not to be a bad person. I guess I'm just so used to just being mean to people rather than to be nice. It's really a bad habit."

Ginny smiled. "Well, I should probably not be so harsh on you in quidditch." I giggled.

"Maybe I shouldn't be so nosy and greedy with first place on the grading marks," Hermione said, causing me to snicker.

We looked at each other, smiles spread on our lips.

"So, none of us are tired. And I'll bet you the boys are already fast asleep, so what about I steal some snacks out of Ron and Harry's bags and we sit and gossip?" Ginny suggested, growing a devious smirk.

"I'll get some popcorn!" I said as I jumped up.

"Oh, what about a fort?" Hermione asked, lighting Ginny and my face's up. "Great!"
