This Is What I'm Praying For

"Tim, did you know her name?" I asked out of curiosity and amazed.

We're here now in CNCF Rosario because today is their Thanks Giving Anniversary. I just can't resist it, since the Praising started I keep staring at that girl. She's so beautiful and good at dancing.

"Sino? Sa Tambourine Dancer's?" Tim ask me also.

"Yeah, yung nasa gitna." I answer.

"Ganda niya nuh. Bakit may balak kang ligawan, Pastor?" I close my eyes when I heard it from Tim.

I have plans in my life, and the only thing I want is to be a Engineer. Not a Pastor, but because of my father always pressuring me to be like him, like a Pastor, I learned to love being Pastor because serving God is so delightful.

"I'm just asking her name, Tim." I said firmly.

"Who?" Ethan suddenly ask.

"Tambourine Dancer, yung nasa gitna, boss." Tim answered.

I heard Ethan chuckled. "That's Marie, Mariella Mon."

"How you related to her, boss?" Tim ask curiously in shock.

"She's my cousin, Uncle Lito's daughter. Not her bro, find a new one. She's only fifteen." I was shock when Ethan said that and pat my shoulder.

She's only fifteen? but she looks like eighteen, maybe because of her height, that's why? But...

Bakit nga ulit ako nagrereact ng ganto? Bakit nga ulit ako nanghihinayang nang marinig ang taon niya?

"Ay, wag child abuse, master." Sabi ni Tim sa akin.

I just ignored him and focus listening in front. But even I'm trying to focus I just can't help my eyes looking at her.

I just focus to my study being Engineer, so I can study being Pastor.

"Mga walang hiya sila pinabayaan nila ang pinsan ko!" Galit na sigaw ni Ethan.

"Pag nakita ko yun, patay siya sa akin." Matigas na sabi ni Teo.

Were here at Jadin's Condo. They said their cousin was in critical condition.

"Sino na pinsan niyo?" Tanong ko.

"Si Mariella, bro." Iiling-iling na sagot ni Onur.

Para akong nanlamig nang marinig ko ang pangalan na yun. Mariella? She is the Tambourine Dancer that making me upset, she's always in my dreams and I always see her smile in my mind.

"Praying for her fast recovery, bro." I said sincerely.

"Kaya nga bro, napano ba?" Tim asked.

"Marie fell in the yatch, she didn't know how to swim! pinabayaan siya nang pamilyang tinuturing niya!" Galit na saad ni Jadin.

Since that day, I always have her in my prayers, her protection and fast recovery. I thank God, when I heard from her cousins that she's wake up after sleeping in the hospital for almost one month.

I Graduated as a Civil Engineering Bachelor of Science, when I graduate, I already take a Pastoral so I can be also a Pastor.

Sinubukan kung huwag pumunta sa CNCF Rosario dahil pag nakikita ko si Marie, lagi ko siyang napapanaginipan, lagi siya ang laman nang mga panaginip ko, ang mga ngiti niya ay hindi ko makalimutan.

"She's too young!" I heard Ethan said to Onur.

"Kuya naman, hayaan mo nalang enjoyin niya pag-kadalaga." Onur.

Nagtatalo ata silang magkapatid, at talagang dito pa sa Condo ko.

"Even, Onur! wala akong tiwala sa James na yun." It's Ethan.
