Chapter:3(The ceremony, Bondita in danger)

After completing their work in kitchen anidita went to their room. “Bondita av lunch time h to sare officer busy honge lunch krne me, tb tk hm apna kam kr lete h” said Anirudh. Bondita asked “Lekin sakha babu hme krna kya h ”.Anirudh replied “Mere sath chlo bondita”. She nodded her head and followed him. They reached the corner of a room ,While pointing his finger towards upper corner of the wall anirudh said “Bondita ye dekho ye chota sa rasta dikh rha h tumhe isme se ghush k ek kmre me jana h”. “Lekin sakha babu ye hai kya” asked bondita.  Anirudh replied “ bondita jo secret kmra mai khol ni paya tha ye usi kmre se Juda hua ek dusra rashta h shayd ye choti si gali pankhe  lgane ke lie bnai gyi hogi jiska rashta is kmre se juda hai jisme me hm khde h ,filhal yha ki halt dekh ke lgta h ki wo wall fan kv lgaya ni kisi ne ,tumhe is me se ghush ke wha phuchna h ,kyuki tum choti aur patli v ho to is raste se tum hi ja sakti ho”. “Thik h ” bondita replied.  “Bondita tumhe wha jo kch v mile uski ache se talashi lena ,sare drawer, sare shelves jo v h sb ache se dekhna , agr koi v chiz is case se related mile to wo le ana ” Anirudh said . “thik h sakha babu ”said bondita.  “Dhyan se bondita apna dhyan rkhna ”. Bondita nodded her head and anirudh lifted her in his arms and made her to reach on that small window.
Anirudh lifted bondita in his arms and helped her to reach that window. She entered that window, “Koi muskil ho to btana mjhe bondita mai yhi khda rhunga ” said anirudh while showing his concern towards bondita. Bondita nodded her head and started crawling in that gallery. After covering short distance she reached to a room ,She jumped from the window and found herself in a dark room, there were number of shelves and tables in the room ,she searched each and every corner of the room, every file, but failed to find any clue that will help them . She found some confidential files in a ddrawer.She recalls anirudh

“Pati babu ye rhi apki file”, “Bondita ye wo file nhi h jo mene mangi thi ,dekho ispe kya likha h confidential mtlb gopaniy file mene jo file mangi h wo confidential nhi h Mr. Singh ki case ki file h.” Bondita asked “Wse pati babu ye gopaniy ka kya mtlb hota h”, “Bondita gopaniy mtlb wo chije jinke bare me us saman ya chiz se judi koi v jankari sirf kch hi log jante ho ,a...ab jse dekho ye file hi h to isme jo v likha h iske bare me sirf mai aur baba hi jante h, aur koi ni” explained anirudh.

She opened those files but found nothing, they were not related to their case but she noticed something. Then she kept all the files on their respective places and with the help of a table she reached to the window,, meanwhile on another side anirudh was waiting for bondita, “Hey who are you ,what are you doing in this room?” said Simon while entering in the room. “O wo ji mai yha saf sfai krne aya tha” said anirudh while cleaning the floor with a broom. “Who gave you permission to come here ,get lost from here” said Simon in rage. Anirudh said “Yha safai nhi hui thi to mai..” “Just get lost from here other wise I will fire you ” Simon shouted. “Ni mai bondita ko yha akela ese chod k ni jaunga ” he murmured . Simon heard Shonalika who was calling him, “Leave from here ,I will be here in 2 minutes before that just leave ” Simon threatened anirudh while pointing his finger towards him. Anirudh nodded his head. Simon went. Anirudh called bondita from the window in the hope that maybe she will hear. “bondita...bond..bondita  tum thik to ho na ..jaldi aao ”. After a minute she reached to the window and he grabbed her in his arms . They rushed from there. In their room... “Tumhe wha kuch mila ??” Anirudh asked while bondita said “Ni sakha babu wha esa kch ni mila jo ye sabit kr ske ki ap shi aur wo Howard glt h , lekin wha kch esi files mili jo confidential thi. Wo files to is case se judi ni thi pr mene unme kch samanta dekhi”. “Ksi samanta?” he asked in curiosity   “Wha jitni v nizi files thi unme ek khas trh ka nisan tha jo ki aam files me ni bna tha” she replied. “Kis trh ke nisan bondita??” he asked. Bondita took a pen and paper and draw a mark.♉ “Shayd ye unka koi code word ya sign hoga kyuki mne to esa nisan in britishers k kisi office ya files pe ni dekhi h,  Bondita hm jha the ghum firke whi phuch ge ,av v hmare pas Howard k khilaf koi sabut ni h ”said anirudh.
At night:
Anirudh was roaming around the cabins and rooms, suddenly he felt that somebody had chocked him from behind, at the moment the grip became loose he turned behind and said “Ap ??  Ap yha kya kar rhi hai shonalika ji” “Mujhe apki madad chahiye,Karenge?” She asked. “Ksi madad ??” He asked in confusion. “Apka beta h na use kal sham mere kmre me  bhej dena” she replied while twirling her braid. “Kyu?” he asked. “Pta ni kya tumhe kl se Jashn suru hoga yha agle 3 dino k lie ..wo kya bolte h angrezi me pa..par..paati ,aur mjhe tumhare bete ka sch pta chl gya h ”she said. “Ko..kon..kon sa sach ” he asked while raising his eyebrows. “yhi ki use ldkiyo ke kpde aur ghno ki kitni achi jankari h ,wo kya hai na kl mai Simon ji k lie bht ache se tyar hona chahti hu to..” she said while blushing. “Thik h mai bhej dunga.”
At ceremony day ,the mansion was decorated with flowers and candles,whole mansion was looking so beautiful, Guests have started arriving from evening,Men were in classy yet formal dresses while some British women were in gowns. The party was held to celebrate Howard’s promotion, he was now the head officer of the department, Mr. Oliver was invited as the guest  of honor. Anirudh had already informed bondita that she have to reach Shonalika’s room in order to help her to get ready for the party. Bondita went in shonalika’s room and helped her. Shonalika thanked her and she left for the party. Bondita was still in the room gazing the amazing banarasi sarees and beautiful jewellery. After all she is a girl who hasn’t  wore these from since 3 days. She got attracted towards the female attires. She can’t resist herself to wear those saree and jewellery. She looked no less than a goddess in that attire, red banarasi saree,golden bangles and necklaces with cute little bindi ,her open long black hair decorated with golden bands and Beautiful earrings. She saw herself in the mirror and started roaming in the room with joy. Meanwhile in hall anirudh was serving startas and drinks, but his main attention was on Howard and his guests’ personal talks rather than on serving food in the hope that maybe he will find some news or clue. “A very congratulations Mr. Howard for your promotion ”said Mr. Oliver. “Thanku it’s my pleasure to meet you welcome sir ”said Howard. “Well I should say thanks to you for having me as your guest of honor ” Oliver said. “ Meet my brother Simon, he came India few days back” said Howard while introducing Simon. “Hello young man nice to meet you” said Oliver while extending his hand towards Simon . Simon shook his hand with him and greeted him “hello nice to meet you too,, wait ” “Waiter..waiter ”he shouted. Anirudh came with a tray of drinks. “Mr.Oliver plz have a drink ” Simon said. “Mr. Howard what happened with those barristers,  I mean I heard that court snatched their licenses ” said mr. Oliver while drinking a sip of wine. “No Mr.Oliver ,court didn’t didn’t snatched  their licenses  but I have made the court to do this ..”said Howard while giving an evil smile. “What do u mean u made the court to do so...?”asked Oliver. “Just wait and watch Sir I will make barrister Anirudh's life like a hell ,this is just a beginning ”said Howard. “But what you actually have did with those proofs?? What you have planned??”asked Oliver. Howard replied “I have.....”. But suddenly the tray of glasses slipped from anirudh’s hand and wine fell on Oliver’s clothes as anirudh  was busy in listening their conversation. “you idiot what have you done ??”Howard shouted on anirudh. “It’s ok it’s ok howard ” said Oliver. “I am so sorry sir it was my fault that I have kept such cheap and careless servants ”said Wilson. “hey you just get lost from here”said Wilson while shouting on anirudh. “Wilson show him the way of washroom ”ordered Simon. “Yes sir....sir plz come this way”said Wilson. Wilson took Oliver to the Washroom. Oliver said Wilson to go he will come by his own. Meanwhile in the party anirudh in was frustrated as he did a mistake because of which he couldn’t listen the plan of Howard. “Ksi lg rhi hu?”Shonalika asked from Simon. “Gorgeous, plz come with me.” replied Simon. Shonalika and Simon went to Simon's room. They spent their moments together. For Shonalika it was their romantic and memorable moment but for Simon it was just his time pass. After a while shonalika asked “ Acha to apne hmare shadi ke bare me kya socha h?”.Simon stood in anger and said “Shadi?? Have u lost it kbhi ni ,you are just my keep what do you call ..umm yes rakhail ,I don’t  love you ,yes I love Indian girls but not prostitutes ”. Shonalika argues with him but he gets more offended and beat her badly. Meanwhile Oliver clears himself in the Washroom and he came towards the hall but he forgot the way to hall. He thought maybe he should ask from someone but he found nobody in gallery area. Suddenly he hears sounds of anklet and  giggling of a girl from a room he opens the door. He opened the door and saw a beautiful and mesmerizing girl in front of him who was roaming in room while looking in the mirror. Bondita was not aware that somebody is looking her. She was busy in her own dream world which broke when she heard “Who are you ??What is your name Pretty girl??”.She turned back and saw a bald man wearing black coat pant with an evil smile was staring at her. She got afraid and found only one way thus she jumped out the window of that  room and ran. Oliver ran behind her and he peeped from the window but he found nothing.  “Howard.....get me that girl.....who is...sh..she..get..get...me.” Oliver entered in the party hall while shouting and breathlessly. All the guests and people along  with anirudh present in the hall got shocked and their attention got stuck on Oliver. “Wait wait Mr.Oliver what happened??Take a break ”said Howard. “No ..first tell me who is that girl ??”asked Oliver. “There are a lot of girls and women present here, whom you are talking about?” asked Howard. “She is an Indian girl” said Oliver. “Oh!! You must have seen Shonalika  she is the only indian women present in the mansion ”said Simon in disgust manner. “But she was a girl??” said Oliver. “A girl??Wilson ??Is there any??”asked Howard. “No sir there is no girl present in the mansion, not at all,according to our records..” Wilson said in order to assure everyone. “Oh just shut up damn it ,I have seen a beautiful girl ,nearly about age  13 ,she was wearing red saree, her face was just so mesmerizing, Howard plz just get me that girl I will pay you whatever you will demand ”said Oliver. After listening the description of that girl anirudh lost his control, he fell on the ground due to unconsciousness he felt for some seconds, he was afraid that maybe they are caught, the fear of letting her princess get hurt by anyone was already started giving him goosebumps but he gathered all his courage and stood he asked “kha dekha usko ,use kuch kia to...” “Oh shut up you idiot,why are u interrupting ”scolded Simon. “Howard I have seen her in that room ”he said while pointing his finger towards Shonalika’s room “I have tried to catch her but she ran from the window ”. Howard ordered Wilson to search and iinvestigatecthat girl in each and every corner of the mansion. All officers and guards start searching for bondita. Anirudh left hall in hurry in order to find bondita he stops when someone holds his wrist. “Wo bagiche k dayi or bhaghi h jldi jaiye aur bcha lijie use ” said hari. Anirudh nodded his head and left. Bondita was all afraid as and she was hidden near a water fountain in the garden. Suddenly Howard came near the fountain but somebody called him and he went another side. On the other side Anirudh was afraid and tensed about bondita he was searching for her like an idiot. He was constantly crying and praying “He dugga ma meri bondita ko kuch mt hone dena”.Suddenly bondita felt that someone had hold her from behind “sshhh bondita mai hu ,kch mt bolna ”said anirudh. They rushed from there and reached in store room of the mansion. Anirudh took a sigh of relief when he saw that her “jeene ki wajah” is safe. They hugged each other tightly and started crying.  “Dur h par tera saya h mjh pe jane kyu bhrosha h tujh pr....rishta tera mera...
They separate “kha chli gyi thi bondita aur ye sb krne ki kya zrurt  thi pta h mai kitna dr gya tha wo Oliver kya kya bole ja rha tha mn to kr rha tha uska muh tod du ,, pr tumhe ye sb bewkufi krne ki kya jrurt thi”he said while crying. Bondita said “Mujhe maf kr dijie sakha babu mai vo...” . “Bondita hm is bare me av bad me bat krenge av hme yha se niklna hoga” said anirudh. They went to their room secretly from the gallery. “Bondita  tum jldi se kpde badly lo mai bahr hi khda hu”anirudh said. “jii”said bondita. Suddenly some guards arrive there. “Hey you ,what are you doing here ?? You should be in the hall,ok let us check ur room”said one of the guard. Anirudh thought pr andr to bondita kpde badl rhi hogi “O wo ji ap andr ni ja skte” he said and started arguing with guards. “What happened ”asked Wilson. “Sir he is not allowing us to investigate in this room”said the guard. Wilson pushed anirudh and he opened the door,anirudh firstly entered in the room and he took a sigh of relief when he saw that bondita had already changed her clothes. They investigate the room but found nothing, they were about to leave the room but suddenly Wilson glanced at a bangle “This bangle belongs to a girl ,I should show this to Howard sir" and he left.
