"Mama, you're here!" The girl cheered once she saw the familiar face of her dear Mother getting out of the car by the help of Daisuke who offered his hand for the woman to take.

"I'm back Mai..." You greeted back with a smile and kiss on her forehead, she basically jumped on her feet in excitement of seeing you before engulfing you in a hug by your waist.

"Oh, Hi as well Suke-san..." Mai greeted before waving at the man beside you, He waved back as well, a visible smile on his face, an expression he rarely shows to anyone he sees or even knows.

"Wanna go home now?" You offered to which she nod, Daisuke already opened the door to the back seat of his car, You muttered a small thanks to him before helping Mai get inside the car, Daisuke was already opening the door for you in the passenger seat when you we're done helping Mai inside the car.

"We don't have homework today!" Mai exclaimed in delight, hugging her cute bunny backpack close to her chest, while her short legs are dangling back and forth not having the height to reach the floor.

"hm is that so? then what do you plan to do this weekend dear?" You asked and give her a smile through the rear view mirror, "Hm, well I always spend time with Mama in the weekends" She cheered making the you chuckled while Daisuke only smiled, his attention on the road.

"Then where do you wanna go with me then?" You asked with a giggle, you closed your eyes in annoyance since your contact lenses wasn't cooperating, when the car stopped at the red light, you began to remove your contact lenses, Daisuke eyeing your movements.

"Well, I wanna go picnic tomorrow!" Mai exclaimed excitedly, you chuckled at her excitement before putting on your glasses after successfully getting off the contact lenses.

Wiping the tears that come out from your eyes from your previous actions, "Is that so?" You asked making Mai nodded falling into a giggling fit.

"I want Suke-san to come as well!" She said making the said male shocked and look at Mai through the rear view mirror, the child giving him a sly wink making him shakes his head before gettting his attention back to the road once again.

"Oh, of course, if it's okay for y/n-san.." He said, Mai looked at you her bright e/c eyes pleading you silently with her eyes, you chuckled before nodding, you didn't have any plans to refuse anyway.

"It's a picnic then..." You settled making Mai cheered happily, While Daisuke did a small 'yay' under his breath to match Mai's excitement making you smile.

"What food should we bring?"

Here of you guys three sitting on the floor wrapped in a blanket to warmth your body from the cold, planning your guys picnic for tomorrow, thankfully the weather would be great sunny tomorrow perfect for a picnic day.

"No, no we should decide where place to hold are picnic..." Daisuke commented, sitting in front of you, wrapped with his own blanket that you offered, Mai nodded in agreement who was sitting between you guys, the blanket engulfing her whole body.

"I know this one place..." Daisuke suggested and even show a picture that had a great view and wasn't too far away from your guys house, just a 20-25 minute drive, the perfect place.

"Should we do a picnic night or day?" You asked, a paper in the middle of the three of you, writing the plans to your picnic tomorrow.

"A picnic night!" Mai exclaimed in a high pitch voice, you and Daisuke looked at each other before shrugging and writing it on the paper with the time beside it.

You began to read the paper with your plans on it, checking if everything is in place and you guys didn't forget anything.

"Okay that's it!" You stated making Mai cheered hugging Daisuke in instinct, Daisuke lift her up without even realizing, cheering with her not even realizing that the girl's happiness was also affecting him, in a good way.

"Now that's settled, what movie should we watch?"
