Chapter 16

He was so close to me that I couldn't comprehend . I mean did I just call my boss a d**k . I should be worried about what he said .

We  kissed back there and now  I can't think or work  properly

Flashback

"Just stay away from him or you will get your smart mouth and big ass in trouble ."

"Did you just call my a** big ." I asked and he gave me his signature smirk and a sly smile

"D**K ." I said as I was about to leave his office

He grabs my hands and yanked me toward him . He grips my waist and pushes me unto the wall .

"Let me show you what a real d**k can do ." He said looking at my lips

He just stared at my lips for few seconds and then he looked into my eyes . I didn't even realise when I bit my lips

"Don't. "He simply said

"Huh. "

"Don't bite your lips "

"Why??."

"It is fucking sexy and by doing so ,you don't know what you are doing to me Nevah "

I couldn't believe what I heard . It was happening to fast . Before I knew it , His lips were on mine in split seconds .

He kissed me

He Fucking Kissed me

Butterflies took their positions in my stomach and I could feel tingles everywhere . He warm lips filled mine creating the best fusion . Sparks were flying in every part of my body . He gripped my waist tighter.

Wait what !!! How come I haven't kissed him back .

I immediately responded to his kisses with so much urgency. I knew there was this undeniable attraction and connection but it feel so right yet so wrong  .

"What are you doing NEVAH. " My mind asked

"Kissing Davien , Obviously."

"Do you remember he is your BOSS." She screamed in my head

"Shit ! How can I forget ."I said internally

"Oh my , When did you start cussing ."

"I don't know . "I answered with so much fear

"Push him . "

"What!!!."

"Push him before he does."

"Push him ."
"Push him ."She kept on saying

I quickly put my hands on his firm chest and I pushed him but he didn't bulge . I applied more focus and voila , he was gone from me

"Phew !. "

I stared at him and I realised he was breathing very fast and was in shock . My breathing became rapid and it felt like the world was spinning .

He was shocked and there were a lot of emotions in his eyes . it hurts somewhere in my heart but that was so unprofessional too. I managed to speak .

"T-t-that was wrong s-s-sir ." I croaked out . Immediately, I saw his eyes turn a one cold . I couldn't still focus on his eyes alone . I couldn't help but notice his swollen lips and smudged lip gloss on his lips . Even at that he still looks so handsome and manly.

"Focus Nevah ." I scolded my self

"You know , you are right. It was all a big mistake  which will never happen again . " He said coldly

It felt like a straight bullet entered my heart . It hurts badly hearing him say those words . I took my head from the ground and I looked at his face . it was filled with so much disgust. And it was only direct to ME.

I feel like crying , he was my first kiss .

"Get out." He said moving back to his chair. He spoke with no emotions

"Sir?."

"I said Get out ."He said with so much rage . My feet immediately moved and I scoured out .

*Wtf just happen !."

End of flashback

I can't believe I kissed my boss . No, he was the one who kissed . I am now currently in the washroom , wiping up the remain part of the smudged lipgloss on my lips.

My lips are swollen and very plump. I Caressed my lips slowly and I bit it gently . I could feel his hands on every part of me and his Cologne filled my nose .

I closed my eyes and I recalled all that happened . it felts surreal and divine too. Too bad , he is my boss and was my first kiss. I couldn't help but feel so sad too .

"Are you perhaps crushing on your boss ." My crazy mind asked

"No. "I said too fast

"Well, I think you are ."

"No I am not ."

"Yes you are girlie."

"Fine , I am ." I said after arguing

"I knew it ." She said

I scoffed and rolled my eyes

"You are such a baby ."

I gave my smug look and said

"Shut it crazy." I said stepping away from the washroom into my office .

"Now shoo , I want to work ." I said and I blocked her off

I did my job but I was also thinking of him too.

"Maybe I like him ."I said releasing a sigh of defeat .

I didn't realise that I didn't take lunch and now it was my closing hour . I slowly packed my things and began heading out . I felt so exhausted because of how things played out today.

Mr. Russel already left before . I saw him passing through the glass but I pretended I didn't. He never glanced at me or informed me he was leaving .

I sighed to myself for thinking he would look at me once "Nevah, This is your cue. Avoid him and do your work ." I kept on chanting this pep talk as I exited the office.

There were few workers plus the security. I just said bye and hopped into the uber I had ordered.

I have a feeling it is gonna be a long day . I said sighing
