Chapter 10 - As Naive Idiot With No Interest In The Rich , Bai's Heart Was Tired

What was this all about?

A sudden inheritance? Did he become someone's illegitimate child they'd been searching for? Or was it someone he'd carelessly helped before wanting to repay his good deed?

No matter what it was, Bai YueSheng felt very anxious. He was tired, really tired. All he wanted to do was find a comfortable bed and have a long nap.

But because of trying to achieve that stupid promotion mission, he had to force himself to get in the car.

Inside the car it was very warm and the ice slowly melted away from his extremities. The seat was very comfortable and that private part of him which was bullied ruthlessly was able to get some relief. At the very least it wasn't adding to his problems.

Outside the sky outside was overcast but the time should be around noon. They became quickly stuck in the lunchtime traffic jam. No matter how expensive the car was, it couldn't grow wings and fly.

Bai YueSheng didn't mind this one bit. He leaned against the seat and closed his eyes.

Because of the traffic it took half an hour to exit the city. After leaving the highway they entered an area of villas surrounded by mountainous scenery. The environment was very beautiful and the air was very fresh. The housing prices around here must be extraordinary.

Once Bai YueSheng also had a chance to live here, in a three level luxuriously furnished mansion with a maid from the Philippines and two sports cars in the garage.

However Teacher Bai, being lofty and above material things, had shaken his sleeve and looked down his nose at the money. Then without even seeing it, he had directly donated it to a charity organisation...

Speaking of it made him feel like crying and swallowing blood.

After making his way into the villa suburb, Bai YueSheng finally saw it was who had summoned him here.

Under a multi million dollar crystal chandelier, inside a luxuriously appointed living room, a woman around forty years of age sat on a mahogany chair. She was wearing a cream colored suit and her demeanor was extremely elegant. In front of her on a coffee table was an exquisite tea set and even an uninformed person would know from a glance that its value was priceless.

Bai YueSheng was a true gentleman that didn't admire money, so naturally he ignored the entire appearance of the house, and just looked directly at the woman with the sharp eyebrows.

There were lines at the corner of her eyes but because she had a good bone structure and must have been beautiful when she was young, even though she was now older, she was still very good looking.
