Chapter 15 : part 2

Omniscient POV

Amya and James had a good conversation surprisingly. James still wanted to try the relationship but Amya insisted on just having a break and see where it'll take them. At the same time Amya was annoyed because James kept on trying to force information about Kentrell out of her.

"You sure you don't need a ride home?" James asked once again

"Yessss James I have someone coming for me you can go I'll be okay" Amya said insisting to kentrell as they walked out

"The ride should've been here before the date was over that's all I'm saying"

"I'm pretty sure it was a lil mistake"

"Ight then see you" he hugged Amya and gave her a kiss on the cheek "let me know if you need me" he said then got in his car and pulled off

Even tho James didn't get the information he wanted out of her he still wanted to try out a relationship with Amya. Lord knows he'll drop her sister for her any day. That's how it was when they first met anyways.

But too much things like the age gap , her mom, him and Ninas secret, and the fact that he didn't wanna get her in danger was holding them back.

Amya called kentrell. He didn't answer. She wondered where he was at. It was true what James said he should've been here before the date was over. She already sent him the address and the time she was gonna be finished before she left the house.

Amya called over and over against and didn't get a response. It was cold outside and really dark. She didn't want to be standing outside of a restaurant.
She texted him.

Amya❤️: wyaaa??

Amya❤️: it's freezing out here I already told you where I was at

She was pissed off at this point cause she couldn't depend on him for anything. She found a bench and sat down at it and took off her heels which were killing her feet.

Amya didn't wanna call James back because of pride and she couldn't let him know where Kentrell stayed. She tried calling Jess but Jess was deep asleep. She tried calling kentrell a couple more times but he didn't answer so she just gave up and started crying.

It was almost about to be 12 and she just wanted to get home. She knew she couldn't call her mom or her sister. Then she came across Leon's contact and decided to give it a try. It rung two times then he answered. "Hello?" He said in his tired voice

"Leon I'm so sorry but I need help right now I went on a date but I thought my boss was gonna come and get me to take me back home but he's not answering and no one is and I can't call my date back because of my pride... so can you please help me?" She ranted with tears rolling down her eyes

Leon sighed hearing all the info she just gave him. "Ight send me the address I'll be down there" he responded

"Okay thank you"

Meanwhile at kentrells house him and Amari finished up. He wanted her to spend the night but she said she had to leave for whatever reason.

Kentrell wrapped his arms around Amaris waist. "So when's the next time I'm gonna see you" he asked

"When you ready to take stuff seriously" she sassed at him

"You know I am Guh I just need to cancel this fiancé shit then we can start over"

Kentrell was definitely leading on all his girls in absence of yaya
