Nya's classes had been canceled for the week so she and Aniyah went home. Nya was on the phone talking to Jerome who insisted on seeing her and taking her out. She wasn't really in the mood to go out but ultimately agreed.
"Be ready by 8" he said
"Ok" she said hanging up the phone.
She looked at the time and it was 6:30, she needed to start getting ready from now. She got out of bed and jumped in the shower and then headed for her room.
After drying off she got dressed and fixed her hair. She walked over to her shoe rack and picked out some shoes to match the dress she had on. It was a little cold outside but she had a long enough jacket to keep her warm.

She checked the time and it was a little after 8. Just as she left her room her phone began to ring
" I'm outside " he said
" coming"
She hung up and threw on her jacket before heading outside. He opened her door for her and she got in thanking him afterwards.
" where are we going Mr G?" She asked smiling
" relax you'll see"
She pulled out her phone sharing her location with Aniyah before locking it. They talked about the basics as they drove for a while. They pulled up to a restaurant shortly after
They got to sit down as soon as they walked in. She was just glad she dressed the way she did because it was an upscale restaurant. He pulled out her chair for her and she smiled.
" how old are you?" He asked as soon as they sat down
" 18, you?"
" damn I'm 25" he said
She had no idea what to say, she knew he was way to old for her though.
"When you turn 19 and when are you done with school?"
"My birthday is next week and I graduate next year"
"Hmm okay "
They ordered food and talked every now and then but they knew that would be the last time they seen each other. After dropping her off he wasted no time pulling off.
As she walked inside her phone began to ring it was Aniyah.
