James comes in, hearing Stephanie's cries of pain
James: Are you okay?!
Stephanie: Yeah. I twisted my ankle.

James helps Stephanie up. Pain spreads across Stephanie's ankle.
Stephanie: *Hisses* Ow!!
James: Hang on!
