JENNIE POV
"Babe! What do you think of this?" Kai hold my hand as he looks at the cake designs. I just ignore him and continue flipping the pages. I have no interest with the cakes and here we are in this cafe looking at the same designs for 2 hours
"Babe?" Kai pokes my shoulder. I sigh and look at him
"Let me call Lisa ok?" I grab my phone
"Lisa? Babe, this is our wedding so why call her?"
"I know this is our wedding but I think Lisa knows the best, you were never even present at the start of the preparations" I coldly stated and walk away from him, facetiming my Lili
"Hey Nini! Any problem?" Lisa greets me cheerfully, I smile and just look at her who just came out of the meeting room
"Did I disturb you?" I ask but she shakes her head and smile "Actually, I'm here with Kai at a cafe? Were choosing some cakes but Lili I have no interests in those" I pout
"What about you show me the cake designs Nini?" Lisa smiles. My face quickly lits up and I rush towards the cake collections "Owh~ You're right Nini, they're not my type too" Lisa pouts after I showed her the designs
"I know, so Li-"
"Miss Manoban, should we end the meeti-"
I heard a girls voice from the other line but Lisa quickly cuts her off "Can you hold for a minute Miss?" Lisa seriously stated and face me again
"Yah Manoban! You were in a meeting?" I frown
"I-it's not that important Nini but what about I'll send you a list of cafe's that I prefer?"
"Alright Lili, I'm sorry for disturbing" I pout
"You're not disturbing Nini" Lisa chuckles. We both bid goodbye before ending the call and that's when Lisa sent me a list of cafe's in Seoul
"Babe! What about this?" Kai shows
"Stop showing me the same design over and over again Kai" I roll my eyes "Lisa sent me a list of the best cafe's here. Let's go" I leave him alone and walk towards his car
"Lisa again?" I heard him mumble as he starts the engine
"You weren't even there at the first set of preparations" I answer him and roll my eyes
"Hey babe, I'm sorry. You know that I promise right?" He holds my hand
"And we don't know if you keep your promises!" I shove his hand away "I'm tired" I sigh and go out of his car
"JENNIE!"
I ignore him and walk faster, leaving him. I decided to call Lisa again
"Hey Nini~" She answers me with her soft voice
"Lisa, I wish you're here. I don't have anyone to talk to"
"Don't you have Irene and Chaeng? They just arrived days ago~"
"Still Lili, you're different" I sigh and wave my hand to call for a cab
"Aww Ni-wait where are you?"
"Ummm~ I'm outside. I'm taking a cab" I nervously stated and went in the cab
"What?! I thought you're with Kai?"
"I left ok? Can we please not talk about him?" I sigh and look outside
"Ok so where are you headed now?"
"Irene? Office? I don't know" I sigh "But c-can I go to your condo?"
"Of course you can Nini" Lisa answers and I smile
"Gomawo~"
"Anything for you Nini but I need to go now, tell me when you get there"
"Arasso~" I smile and end the call before I told the driver my destination
LISA POV
"Oh come on Lisa, will you give up now?! We all believe Jennie is so inlove with you but she's just confused or scared to admit!" Joy pours some wine for me. We're here now at her bar in Japan together with Diana and Niki and their boyfriends
"Are you giving up now Lisa?" Niki frowns
"Lisa, you've been showing your love towards her for more than 5 years. What will you do now?" Diana finishes her whiskey and pours more for herself
"What can I do? She getting married" I grab my glass and drink the wine in oneshot. I close my eyes and I felt my tears falling down my cheeks
"Oh Lisa~" The girls come and hugs me
"It hurts...I was hoping that she will love me back within those years but what can I do when she loves that bastard" I sob
"This will pass Lalisa, this will pass" Joy rubs my back "We're always here you dork!"
"Gomawo girls~" I break from the hug and wipe my tears, then we continue having our drinks
JENNIE POV
"Oh my gosh~" I wipe my sweat after I finish arranging mine and Lisa's stuff inside her condo. This like my 2nd home now~
I take a quick bath and I decided to order some chicken. While waiting I decided again to call Lisa because I miss her presence
"Hello?" It was answered by a manly voice, I look again on the screen to make sure it was Lisa's number then I answer him
"Who are you?" I coldly ask
"I should be asking you Miss, who are you talking to my girlfriend? Where having some fun here" He scoffs
"EXCUSE ME BITCH?!" I stand from the couch "HOW DARE YOU TOUCH HER! THAT'S MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND! IF YOU HAVEN'T STRIPPED HER OFF YET! THEN LET ME TELL YOU SHE HAS A BIGGER DICK THAN YOURS ASSHOLE SO BETTER LEAVE HER ALONE BEFORE I COME OVER THERE AND CUT YOURS" I hissed
"Miss cal-"
"I WON'T CALM DOWN! NOW WHERE IS SHE?!"
"Sh-she's drunk m-miss, she's out cold"
"OK NOW LEAVE THE PHONE BESIDE HER! I'M WATCHING YOU BITCH! DON'T YOU EVER LAY YOUR HANDS ON MY GIRLFRIEND! DON'T END THE CALL! I AM COUNTING ON 1-3 FOR YOU TO LEAVE! 1-"
Before I can finish counting, I heard from the other line some rustling and door closing. Serves him right! He can't touch Lisa!
"HEY LILI!" I shout but all I hear are some cute little snores. I just sigh and end the call because it has no use
"That bastard!" I groan and open the refrigerator chugging some beer to reduce my anger
"Watch out Manoban! I'll be cutting that cucumber of yours when you arrive"
