Rose POV

After finishing my work in 30 minutes I quickly got ready for work

As I changed and applied makeup to the bruises on my arms, neck, and face I went down to see Emma and Noah playing

I sometimes feel jealous of them, they had the childhood I never, they were able to have a normal life where I was busy working and getting abused

But never did I let jealousy take me, I worked so hard so they can be happy and I got what I want

I was successful in giving them the world they deserve; I was successful to hide them from the darkness of this cruel world and I am proud of myself for doing it

I was protecting them, am protecting them, and will always protect them no matter what, even If it cost my life, I won't back off

I love them

"Hey Em wanna come with me to my workplace?" I ask

"Yes, I am all ready with Noah right bud?" she asks Noah who nods rapidly

"Wes, wes, wes" he shouts
(yes, yes, yes)

"Ok then wait outside I will bring the keys and we can go," I said as they raced each other outside where Em let Noah win

After locking the door, I took both Em's and Noah's hands in both of mine and started to walk towards the restaurant

As we reach the restaurant Em was shocked

"Mom this is a huge place," she said

"I know that is why the pay is that much now come on let's go," I said taking Noah into my arms and holding Emma's hand

Although she is 11 years her height is that of 9 years because of lack of proper nutrition

As soon as I enter the restaurant, I gave Noah to Emma because my back was on fire

As soon as I did it, I was on the ground with someone on top of me

Then I realized Amanda tackled me into a hug

"mom" Emma shouted as she knew about my back which hurt

"Get off her your crazy daughter of mine" I hear Roff shout

"Mom?" "Daughter?" Amanda and I ask at the same time

As soon as we got up

"How is she your mom?" Amanda asked Emma

"How is she you daughter?" I ask Roff

"Yeah, I adopted Amanda today we've been planning it over a month now, and it's finally done and you didn't tell me you had a daughter?" Roff asked

"Yeah, about that, Em come here," I ask her as she is close to me, I start talking again

"This is my daughter Emma and my son Noah, Em this is manager Roff and his daughter Amanda," I said

"Omg they are so cute," Amanda said pinching Emma's cheeks

"don't do that" Em said

"ok"

"Hey, I was thinking if it was ok to let them stay here when I am working?" I ask Roff

"of course, not I would be more than happy to let them stay here" he replied and I sigh in relief

"We don't have time Rose go and start your work in the kitchen Amanda go start serving Emma, Noah you can come to my office or just sit here watch both of them work" off said
