Rose POV

"Hello Daniel Matthews speaking who is this?" I heard him speak on the phone

"Hey dan it me Rose" I whisper

"ROSE omg how are you I searched everywhere for you I was so worried about you and Emma, how is my daughter?" he asked the last part full of guilt

"Dan, you know it's not your fault, right?" I ask and I don't hear a reply

"I don't hear nodding trough the phone dan" I say

"Yes, I know but I was a terrible father leaving my daughter"

"No, you are not but the main part why I called you" I said

"Yes?"

"They found me dan and want me back I trust Emma and Noah with you please take care of them" I say

"No Rose you are not going back there I saw how it was for you and I am not allowing it"

"It's either me or Em and Noah I don't have a choice so you are taking care of Em and Noah, Noah is little two-year-old baby, Emma will tell you the rest of the story will you take their guardian ship?" I ask him

"yes" he sighs

"Is there any way I can get you out of this?" he asks

"No not until he has that contract, the contract clearly says I am under his care till I am eighteen"

"Explain the whole story Rose" he says

"It can't be done on the phone I will come to your place tomorrow to drop Emma and Noah with you I will tell you everything" I said

"Yeah, I will send you the address" he said and then we hung up

"Until you are eighteen huh?" I jumped at the source of the voice

I looked at the door to see Oscar, Charlie, janes and Chris looking furious

"Who are they and why are you under their care until 18?" James asked in full serious mood

"I...."

"don't even think of lying, and we also need to talk about your scars" Chris said

"When and where are you leaving?"

"I am leaving right after I drop Em and Noah at Daniel's and I can't say where I am going as I don't know" I sigh and then suddenly they all hug me
