Today. Was. Quite. The. Day.
I had a big ticing problem today. I think I had a tic attack, it didn't last that long but it sure wouldn't stop.
It was all because of this sound of something creepy that made me scared and I started hitting myself and saying "stop". I think I screamed a few times too.
I had to stop the sound or I would start screaming uncontrollably.
Then I had dinner.
I smacked my head a few good times and called myself names.
However, on a happier note, I got a new tic. I look at food and ask, "Is that spaghetti?"
For example, I was making ramen earlier today.
I had asked when I grabbed my bowl for it and walked back, "Is that spaghetti?"
While I was waiting for the water to boil a little more. I had a tic and yelled at it, "Faster".
That's all I can really remember out of today.
