RIPLEY POV today michelle and emily had sent us all compatibility quiz's to fill out but she didn't tell us what they were for. i was laying down with my head in pipers lap filling it out.
i know people would think richelle and i would be the most compatible but we have some completely different interest.
"okay we are gonna pair the dancers with the most compatible answers together and you're gonna do a duet." emily told us "michelle and i are gonna pick the best duet and the winning team is going to get a very special prize. can i have a drum roll please?"
we did so, very excitedly and before emily could get it out- michelle interrupted her "is to be leon blackwood's assistant at the absolute wild styles dance convention!" she exclaimed making us all gasp in excitement
once the results were in emily read them all out loud. it was finn and piper, richelle and kenzie, amy and henry, kingston and summer then noah and jackie.
that left one pair.
"lastly is ripley and ozzy." my jaw dropped slightly as ozzy came over to me- but not walking. oh no he danced over to me and got on one knee. all i could do was repeat "no no no." over and over
"may i have this dance?" he asked reaching for my hand
"no!" i said walking past him- pushing his head to the side lightly "emily, michelle. this has to be a big mistake. ozzy and i aren't compatible. at all." i told them and i seen the smirks from henry kingston and noah.
"actually this test says you two have the highest score." she told us. i looked over to ozzy who gave me a smirk in return. i rolled my eyes.
"why- oh why did i pick sushi?"
"actually the second highest score. emily and i have the highest compatibly score." michelle told me
"well there you go ripley. that should give you some peace of mind. this test must be a little bit of a joke." emily told me and i nodded rapidly
"anyways- you guys have your pairs now. so we would like you guys to work on your duets all day and emily and i will watch them this afternoon."
"this is a nightmare."
~~ when studio a wad open, which happen to be an hour later. i walked in seeing ozzy warming up and i prepared myself walking over to him.
"i walk into the studio and prepare myself for what's to come. corny pick up lines. yay."
"ok ozz, let's get this over with. got anything in mind?" i asked with a sigh
"so i was thinking the chemistry has to be on point for the whole dance. there has to be lots of grooves and there should be a great contrast between style and technique." he said catching me completely off guard
