Ben dragged himself, heaving, through the forest, plumes of smoke in the distance behind him. HIs jacket was burned with holes in it, as was his shirt.

What had happened? What was going on-?

His vision was a blur as he shook himself in an attempt to ascertain his memories.

He staggered forward a little, before his knees buckled and he fell.

"Fwump." To his surprise, Ben found himself landing on a soft back belonging to a small, but strong frame dressed in dark green armor.

Ben felt the armored girl grab his legs, carrying him piggy back style.

He could barely make out her face which was covered in white and red face paint. White on the face, red around the eyes as well as red lipstick.

The female warrior turned to look at Ben over her shoulder. "Are you okay? What happened back there?"

"I-I'm not sure." Ben moaned.

"What's your name?"

"Ben.. er.. Ben Tennyson.."

"Where do you live?"

"I.. I don't know.. I don't remember.."  Ben moaned. "Wh-who are you?"

"The name's Suki. I'm from the Kyoshi Warriors. Don't worry, we'll get you nice and safe in a moment."

Ben blinked. "Kyo beast what now?"

"There, these clothes should work for you."

Ben frowned as he looked at his new black chinese style shirt over green pants with boots. "Uh, doesn't feel like me too much."

"Don't worry, we're having our seamstress repair your clothing."

"It's made of leather-.."

"Don't worry, I know that the materials your clothes are made of are.. kind of rare and odd, but our Seamstress has done greater miracles.

The duo were standing in what appeared to be a large circular tent filled with a desk, maps, tools for writing letters, and other things, including spare armor and weapons.

"This is a war camp isn't it?" Ben asked as Suki walked over and began adjusting his shirt collar.

"Well this is a Resistance Settlement." said Suki. "We were actually here to ready an ambush for General Azula's flotilla. Apparently they captured some important people according to intel, though who they captured remains a mystery to us. For some reason the whole ship just blew up."

Ben blinked, his head hurting as he thought hard. Then his eyes went wide as he stared at his left wrist, where he could see an extremely familiar device. "I.. I think I caused that."

"What? How? I mean I suspect you might've just been part of the normal crew staff, not really affiliated to either side.. but just being in the ship's not enough to bring it down." said Suki.

"I don't know how I know, but I think I was one of the people you were sent to rescue." Ben murmured. "Wait.. oh shit, Katara! Sokka! Toph!! They're-!"

Suki grabbed Ben's shoulders, looking fearful. "Ben! Look at me! Tell me what you remember now!"

"Oh God! You're her.. you're the one Sokka's always talking abou- AAGGH!" Ben clutched his head. "Why does it hurt to-?"

"Get a doctor in here now!" Suki yelled to the entrance flap of the tent.

The next thing Ben knew, he was being moved into what appeared to be a white tent, bright lights flashing in his eyes as random voices assaulted his ears.
