"where your daddy at nigger, did he go get the milk and never comeback " some white boy asked 8 year tremani pushing him

"he's dead how many times I gotta tell y'all" tremani response pushing him back

After Tremani pushed the boy back his friends saw another came over and started jumping Tremani while the teachers just watched

"We gonna send him to the hospital his daddy died at" one of the older ones laughed

A unconscious tremani laid on ground with blood coming from his nose and mouth

When recess was over the the teacher finally called the school nurse because tremani still hadn't woke up

"He's barely breathing, what happened" the nurse questioned suspiciously

"I don't know, he was past out over here" the teacher lied

"Well I'm calling the ambulance, I want a name of every child that was out here today" the nurse demanded picking tremani up

"Baby you're gonna be okay" the nurse talked to tremani who was still unconscious

After tremani was tooken to the hospital, he eventually woke up

"My baby's up omg" his momma yelled coming over to his bed kissing his head

"Brudda" his one year old sister said reaching by her hands out

"He doesn't need to be on his feet for a while and if you can't tell his arms and legs are broken, his ribs have also been fractured and he might have to go through physical therapy to learn how to walk again" the doctor explained to his mom

"Im suing that damn school and that child" Tremani mom said clearly angry

Over the course of days which turned into weeks which then turned into months Tremani got the justice he deserved, his mom ended up suing the school and the child's parents, his mom even went as far as making sure the teachers who watched got fired as well
