These days 16 year old Nova was starting to have a hard time getting around places due to her being pregnant

Back track....nova was raped by her now ex boyfriend at the age of 15...

A/N: I'm not writing a rape scene because I don't feel comfortable doing that....but I do want to make this book realist and shed light on rape

Novas pregnancy has been very hard on her...from her being depressed to her wondering if she was gonna be able to be a good mom to her child

Though the grace of god...she still felt like she was gonna be able to make it through along with the support from her sisters,grandma, tremani, her best friend Malaysia and her mom who was now out of the rehab center and sober

Nova was now 6 going on 7 months pregnant, she didn't really want a gender reveal or a baby shower but her best friend Malaysia talked her into letting her plan one, since she didn't really want either Malaysia decided to do a 2 in one so Nova wouldn't have to go to 2 functions

Novas pregnancy made Tremani and her become even closer than they already were it went from them seeing each other 3-4 times a week to everyday and staying over each other's house

Both of their feelings towards each other started to grow, neither of them really expressed it to each other considering their past situations, Nova's situation to Tremani's past relationships where he was abusing mentally/emotionally and physically to where he tried to commit suicide

Back when Tremani was in the abusive relationship he felt like he couldn't talk to anyone, just at the young age of 14 going on 15 he started to pop percs and be in the streets, he eventually started to talk to nova about his issues and they both expressed their issues to each other

After Tremani's suicide attempt, he decided to better hisself with the help of Nova, who helped him get clean because she knew what it was to almost loose someone to drug

I want to shed light on men being abused because it does happen...society makes it seem like women are the main ones being abused which yes women are abused but so are men and it happens more than it's talked about
