Another day at work, it was oddly uncrowded at the bar. It was 5 pm, perhaps people had a change of schedule? Who knows. You, Charles, Diluc and Patton were doing your jobs smoothly without any difficulties whatsoever.
You were still overjoyed about you and Zhongli hanging out a day ago. He was good company that's for sure, his voice being soothing and his love for wine strangely cute.
"Patton, sweet flower juice for the lovely lady over there!" You told your co-worker while carrying orders of other customers.
"Gotcha!" Patton said before going over to fix the drink for the customer.
It wasn't long before another customer went in the bar, you were about to welcome them before realizing who it was.
"Kaeya! Nice seeing you here again!" You greetes the dark-haired male. He waved at you and took a seat in one of the stools in the bar before leaning onto the counter.
You quickly placed the other customer's orders before rushing to the counter.
"Hiya (Y/N)! Just wanna visit my bro's business again!" He gave you a closed-eyed smile. Diluc on the other hand, had a poker face one while wiping a champagne glass.
"Careful Diluc, don't wanna break anything!" Charles told Diluc while feeling nervous, since it is after all...
"Might be the 5th glass he would break simply because of Kaeya being here.."
"How cold~ can't i visit Diluc without him getting all sulky like a woman on her period?" In an instant, you lightly slapped Kaeya's head in disbelief.
"Oi! We don't get sulky for your information! It's just something natural!" Kaeya chuckled at your words while rubbing his head.
"I apologize~ may i have some bar snacks (Y/N)?"
"You got it!" You went over to the back to grab some assorted snacks for kaeya. On the other hand, he was having an awkward conversation with his brother who was still in disbelief that kaeya was in his bar.
You couldn't help but snort a bit while imagining kaeya and diluc bickering like a bunch of 10-year-olds fighting over candy.
"Here you go Kaeya!" You slid a plate of assorted snacks over to the dark-haired male. He stopped the plate from sliding with his hand before grabbing one of the chips in it and popping it into his mouth.
"So, (Y/N), i heard from Venti that you hung out with someone in Liyue?" Kaeya smirked at you, your eyes widened when you heard what he said.
"He wh-what?!"
"How did Venti kn- Oh.. I forgot... Zhongli and him know each other.."
The mere thought of Kaeya maybe finding out about your crush with the librarian was highly embarrassing. Knowing Kaeya is a huge tease, you exhaled deeply.
