It was just another day for you. Go to school, come home, do homework, go to sleep. Wash rinse, repeat. Little did you know, today would end differently than all the others.

You were sitting in front of the school, waiting for your friend Sasha. A nanosecond later you felt someone tap your shoulder. You turned around and saw her. "H-hey y/n, hows it going?" You noticed that she's been acting strange/different around you lately. And her face was currently red. "Sash, you ok?, your face is red". You tried to touch her face, but she quickly backed away from you. "I'm fine, gotta go to class, see ya! She quickly left, leaving you confused.
Later that day after school, Sasha said to come to her house, she apparently had something important to tell you. You went strait to her house, wanting to see what was so urgent about what she had to say. You knocked on her door and she quickly answered. "Y/n, come right in!!". You walked in the house and followed Sasha up to her room. She closed the door. "So um, what is it you want to tell me Sash?". " I have a confession to make". You crossed your arms and waited for her to say what she wanted". "We've been friends for forever Y/n, longer than I can even remember". "I recently started to have feelings for you, ok?". "You don't have to return them, but I just wanted to get that off my chest". You had to process what you just heard. The head of the cheerleading team in your school, had a crush on a person like you? I mean, you're a decent person to say the least. But you're not Jesus or anything. Like c'mon! When you finally processed what your friend said, your mouth formed a response. "Sash, I like you too". As soon as the words left your body, she engulfed you in a tight hug,happy tears streaming down her face. "OMG YES, I THOUGHT I'D LOOSE YOU TO SOME GUY OR SOMETHING!!!"
You giggled and returned the hug happily.
