- make shit go wrong in the main characters life! but, please do not drag it out. if it starts on chapter 5 & you make it last till chapter 30 mfs will not wanna read that shit. but at the same time, all books shouldn't be cookies and cream happy either! • loses their job • mother dies • gets evicted out if house • car gets towed • depressed from ... idk. • gets heartbroken • homeless • loses all their friends • goes jail • gets shot • gets in a car accident • loses significant other
- start d r a m a. DRAMA! • gets into with friend/best friend. • sneak disses about people. • gets into multiple fights. • is in a relationship then meets side chick.
- dont let your characters have what you they want.
