Every Halloween, Camilla Wilson turns another year older. Another year of her life waiting for James Potter to love her.

Camilla Wilson loves James Potter. She has loved James Potter since they met. She grew up two houses down from him meaning that she has loved him before she could even speak. He is everything to her. He is a best friend and a constant and a shoulder to cry on. Camilla would do anything for James. It's unhealthy how much she cares for him but she just can't stop.
She's going to tell him how she feels. She's going to tell him on her birthday. Every year, Camilla tells herself that. She practices in the mirror and writes up a big speech and every year... she doesn't do it. So Camilla pines for James and James pines for someone else and for some reason Camilla still thinks there's a chance. She knows she'll love James Potter until she dies no matter what.

I wanted to start off by saying this is inspired by potterblacks and her Sirius Black Christmas short story!! Also, this story is dedicated to her as always <33 Special shoutout to protectremusbloodquillsbuttonmoonsANDR0MEDAZ bc they are hot and sexy and I love them!!!!!!!!
This is gonna be a short story... like 10 chapters maybe?? I just wanted to get in the Halloween spirit and write a Marauders fic with pretty low stakes!
And YES the OC is a hopeless romantic who lets her feelings for James control her... deal with it! James is the same way to Lily and I know y'all won't be talking shit on him!
There will be some mature themes as always... I'll provide appropriate TWs when/if needed
I also wanted to add that I don't support JKR or Tim Burton! They suck! (For those who r unaware.... Tim Burton said he could never have any characters of color because they don't fit his "aesthetic"?!?!)
