before i opened my eyes, i felt the heat of the sun shine onto my face. i scrunched up my nose as the light almost blinded me when my eyes fluttered open and to my surprise, i was met with a sound sleeping wilbur. i was laying on his chest while he had his arms wrapped around me. i smiled to myself at how adorable he looked when he was sleeping, wait. adorable? i then quickly realised what position we were in and my cheeks immediately turned a clear shade of red. uh oh.
before i could move, the curly brunette opened his eyes. shit. he noticed me and gave me a warm smile.
"good morning sleepy head," wilbur said with an adorable grin.
"g-good morning," i stuttered back. what's wrong with me? and has he not noticed how we're laying? trying not to overthink, i gave him a smile back. and before anything else could transpire his eyes widened a bit, presumably noticing how we were positioned. i spoke too god damn soon.
"uh i'm sorry," he sheepishly chuckled. not knowing whether he was okay with it or not, i started to move away.
"no no it's completely fine, i think i moved there in my sleep," i giggled, "i just didn't know whether you'd be okay with it when you woke up."
"of course i'd be," he chuckled and wrapped his arms around my waist. if my cheeks weren't still pink from before they definitely are now. i giggled and hugged the tall boy back in a warm embrace. we stayed there for a while, it was comforting to say the least.
wilbur went home that morning seeing as he hadn't left my house in a few days. i was looking for something in the kitchen when i heard a vibration on the counter and realised i got a text from karl.
