Laila and I grabbed our bags from the baggage claim ready and excited to see our friends.
We looked around and we saw a group of familiar people laughing, oblivious to the fact that we were now standing close the their huddle. "Whatcha laughin at?" I asked curiously. "MORGAN! LAILA!" They all yelled and pulled us into a group hug. "Can we hang out tonight?" Austin whined. "Sure thang austie!" I pet his head.
We arrived back to the apartment complex and I called my parents to tell them that I was back and they were ecstatic. I plopped down on the couch and started scrolling through my instagram while the others were gaming. "Wanna play Morgz?" Rudy smiled. "No thanks." I assured him. As I said that, I felt a presence next to me. "You okay?" the blonde boy asked me. "Just tired." I plopped my head on his shoulder. "MUDY!" Austin laughed. "shut up loser." I glared.
Hours had passed and we all laughed and laughed through the night. Rudy and I were the first to fall asleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The next morning my phone was blowing up and I saw chases post. "CHASE STOKES!" I jumped off the couch and detached myself from Rudy's arms. "Uh oh." Austin laughed. "I SWEAR TO GOD-IM GONNA KILL YOU!" I ran down the hall way to find Chase lying down on his bed. "CHASE!" "Yes Morgan?" He smirked " I HATE YOU, my phone is BLOWING up." "Can you just confirm Mudy already?" "No, because we haven't kissed and we have never been on a date. SO THERES NOTHING TO CONFIRM." I slammed the door and grabbed some strawberries from the fridge. "You alright?" Austin asked. "I'm going to get coffee, wanna come?" "Sure."' Austin smiled.
We hopped into the car and drove to our regular coffee shop. As we approached the cafe, I could see two familiar people in the window. Elaine and Eddie. Austin's fist and jaw clenched as he looked at Eddie. "Just ignore them." I grabbed his hand. We ordered our coffees and stood off to the side while we waited. "Hey Morgan!" Elaine smiled. "Hi." I said bluntly. "Here, you look like you need some coffee! you look tired!" She poured her whole cup of coffee on-top of my head. It was still hot so my body was on fire. "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?" I screamed attempting to wipe the coffee off. "Bored." She shrugged. "You know what Elaine, you can have Eddie, you can try too take rudy but it's not going to happen. but please just leave ME alone. I'm sick of all your crap and you." Austin and I waited a little longer and grabbed our coffee. "Why does she do it?" "Because she's jealous of you." "But why?" "Because she wants Rudy. but that's not going to happen because he likes you." "You think so?" "I know so Morgan, and so should you, it's obvious!" We arrived back to the apartment and I walked straight to Rudy's room. "Woah why are you covered in coffee?" He laughed. "Ask your psycho ex." "Elaine did this?" "How did you guess." I plopped down on his bed. "All she wants is you. And i am sick and tired of being treated poorly just because i like you and i like hanging out with you." I slapped my hand over my mouth. I just told him I liked him. That was so embarrassing. I peeked up and saw a smiling Rudy. "Wanna go out tonight?" He smiled. "A date?" I asked curiously "A date." He nodded. "I'd love too."
With that we parted ways and I went home to get ready for my date.
