*after, outside the conference room*
TS: She still won't give him up.
SOS: Then she gets to join her friends on the Raft.
*Tony can only watch as you are taken away in handcuffs. He leaves and heads back to the compound.*
*later that afternoon*
Pep: Tony, a package arrived for you while you were gone. It's from Y/N.
*Tony takes it to his office to open it. He finds two envelopes.*
'Uncle Tony, I'm sorry my actions tore your family apart. The Avengers are your family. More family to you than I am. You gave me a life I never thought I would have. But now I have to take care of myself. I need to do what I think is right. I can only hope that one day you'll forgive me. The other envelope is for Steve. Please make sure he gets it. *Also inside the box is a cell phone with one contact on it.*
F: Priority call. There's been a breach at the Raft.
TS: Put it through.
SOS: Tony, we have a problem.
TS: Hold please.
SOS: Don't you dare...
*Tony puts the Secretary of State on hold.*
*meanwhile at the Raft, security guards have been knocked unconscious and are laying on the ground. A shadow moves closer to Sam. He turns and smiles.*

*Weeks later at the hospital. Tony has gone to visit Steve every day to keep him up to date not sure whether or not Steve can hear him.*
TS: Rhodes is walking better. I've upgraded those braces to make it a little easier for him. Vision still feels awful about it. We can't make him see it's not his fault. Also, Secretary Ross gave up any hope of putting you in jail. The people higher up finally told him off. I'm sure we'll hear from him again.
*Tony doesn't realize Steve woke up.*
SR: Do you ever shut up? Or do you like to hear yourself talk?
TS: I'm going to inform the doctor you're awake.
*Tony leaves to get the doctar. After the doctor leaves, he goes back in and sits down.*
SR: How long have I been here?
TS: A few weeks.
SR: Where is everyone?
TS: Sam, Wanda, Clint and Scott ended up in a high security prison.
SR: Wait. Who are Wanda and Scott?
TS: The ones who stood by your side when you tried to kick my ass.
*Steve gives him a puzzled look.*
TS: I've got one more name for you. Y/N Stark.
SR: Is she a relative I don't know about?
TS: Not important. I'm going to talk to the doctors about getting you out of here.
*Tony calls Pepper*
Pep: Hey Tony. How is he?
TS: He's awake. But there's a problem.
