AM: Nothing's wrong. You're just really close to delivery. Let's move people!
*They get you on a gurney and go straight to labor and delivery. After pushing for an hour with little progress, the doctor pulls Steve to the side.*
AM: We have to get him out now.
SR: Are you saying what I think you're saying?
AM: She's getting tired and he has to come out now.
SR: Give her one last chance.
AM: IF she can't get him out on this next contraction, I'm doing a c-section regardless.
SR: Baby girl, this is your last chance.
Y/N: What do you mean?
AM: If you don't get him out on your next contraction, you're going to surgery. Understood?
SR: Come on, baby girl. Give it all you've got.
*You push as hard as you can. The lights start to flicker and the bed begins to shake.*
SR: What's going on?
AM: Last chance! Deep breath and push!
Y/N: Steve, I don't...
*You pass out and fall back on the bed.*
SR: Y/N?
N: Her blood pressure's dropping.
AM: Let's get her to the OR. Now.
*Steve starts to follow as they take you upstairs.*
N: I'm sorry, sir. You'll have to wait here.
SR: That's my wife.
N: I'm sorry but you can't go in there. The doctor will be out when she's done.
*Steve can only watch in disbelief as they take you away. Then he hears a voice from behind.*
Bar: Steve?
SR: I thought you left.
Bar: What happened?
*Meanwhile back at your house. The ladies are cleaning up. Tony is waiting by the phone.*
Pep: Tony, staring at the phone won't make it ring.
TS: I'm just worried about her. That's all.
NR: Don't be. Women have babies every day.
WM: And this time she's at the hospital.
TS: Something just doesn't feel right.
*Tony's phone rings. It's Bucky.*
TS: What's the word?
Bar: She's been taken to surgery.
TS: Why? What happened?
Bar: Steve said she was pushing and she passed out and her blood pressure dropped.
TS: How is Steve holding up?
Bar: How do you think? He's an emotional wreck.
TS: Keep us updated.
Bar: I'll call when I know more.
Pep: Was that Steve?
TS: No. It was Barnes.
NR: Is everything ok?
TS: She passed out during delivery. They're doing an emergency c-section as we speak.
NR: Oh my god.
WM: Steve must be beside himself.
TS: I'm glad Barnes is with him.
NR: Is there anything we can do?
TS: All we can do is sit and wait.
WM: Nat, why don't you stay here tonight with me and the twins. Tony, you and Pepper go on back to the compound.
Pep: Call us if you need anything.
TS: Or hear anything.
WM: Same goes to you.
*Tony and Pepper leave and it's just Wanda and Nat.*
NR: Do you think she's ok?
WM: After everything she's been through, I'm sure she'll pull through.
NR: You're not scared?
WM: I'm petrified.
