*Colin walks Steve outside*
C: I need to say something.
SR: What would that be?
C: I know who you are.
SR: Everyone knows who I am.
C: That's not what I meant. You're the ex fiance, aren't you?
SR: That is correct. She told you about me?
C: Nothing good. Just leave. You've already hurt her enough.
SR: What happened was not my fault.
C: Really? You leaving her when she needed you most was not your fault?
SR: I never left her. What did she tell you?
C: What does it matter? Just go.
*Colin walks back to the door but stops just before he gets there.*
C: By the way, Jacob didn't make it?
*He walks back in the house and shuts the door. Steve calls Nat.*
SR: Nat, we need to talk. Now.
*later that afternoon*
SR: I had an interesting chat with Colin before he threw me out this morning and I have one question.
NR: What's that?
SR: Who's Jacob?
NR: You were never supposed to find out.
SR: Find out about what?
NR: Jacob was your son.

*At Nat & Wanda's place*
SR: My son? I have a son? Why didn't she ever tell me she was pregnant?
NR: She didn't know until after Berlin. That's part of the reason she came back to the States.
WM: When she was six months along, she went into early labor.
NR: She was rushed to the ER, but it was too late. The baby didn't make it.
WM: That's how she met Colin. He's a paramedic.
SR: How bad was she after that?
NR: She was a wreck. She lost the only piece of you she had left.
SR: He thinks I left her. What did she tell him?
WM: I think this is a conversation the two of you should have.
*later that day*
NR: Y/N? We're here.
Y/N: Where have you two been?
WM: Just some last minute wedding shopping.
Y/N: Really? I thought you were late so that me and Steve could talk.
WM: Steve was here?
Y/N: You're a terrible liar.
NR: I know for a fact you still love him.
WM: You need to talk to him one more time before he leaves.
Y/N: When is he leaving?
NR: Saturday.
