chapter 8

I'm so sorry for such cringe chapters,

I'm not much of a good writer buy it's been my dream to write TvT

Also sorry for my spelling mistakes, I type really fast so I don't really notice if I made any spelling mistakes.

Let's get back on the chapter.

Anna's pov:

I was walking down the hallway with my books in my hands.

I remembered that my teacher from art class asked me to put away these books at the library.

While I was walking, I noticed the beautiful view from the huge window next to me.

I looked out the window for a couple of seconds then went back to focusing on my task.

When I made it to the library, I started to the book shelves and placing them one by one.

After a couple of minutes have pasted.

Still Anna's pov:

When I was done with the books from earlier, I decided to look for interesting books,

The library was huge, it was quite normal because the school was clearly very rich that's why.

"what are you doing here?"

I heard a deep male voice that was familiar.

I looked down to see ray sitting against the library with a book in his hand.

"oh,  I was just exploring since the library have new books nowadays." I replied back at his question.

It was silent for a while until ray spoke,

"whens your birthday..?"

I paused for a second.

"uhm.. April 25.. Why? " I said.

"mines February 15.." (NOT HIS REAL BIRTHDAY FROM WHAT I HEARD-)

since he mentioned my birthday,

I realized that today was April 18.

My birthday was coming soon...

"thinking of celebrating with anyone?" ray said then looking at me.

"back then, I always celebrate my birthday with my grandma..and my grandfather, but...  I dont think I'll be able to celebrate with them this year.." I replied

I looked down as tears starts forming in my eyes.

Suddenly, ray got up and gave me a hug.

" I know what it feels like to not be able to celebrate with your family.." ray said then started explaining.

"the last time I've ever celebrated my birthday with my parents was when I was 7 years old."

"my dad soon passed away that time two days before my birthday.."

"my mom was upset, but didn't give up on me for my birthday."

" I have to say, when I was younger, I wasn't good at making friends, I was dumb enough to invite my whole class,  but nobody came because they thought I was a weirdo."

"I felt very upset and that's when I started to grow my depression."

" everyone would stare at me,  bully me, say that I don't deserve to be alive in this world."

"they started brutality hit me, hit goes to punch, punch goes to scars."

" I was covered in bandages. "

" on my 11 birthday, I was sitting near the front door at the front of the school on the small stairs. "

" then that's when I met Emma and Norman. "

" they both came up to me and we started introducing our selfs."

" I told them my birthday, and they said that my birthday was today, because I felt useless and worthless, I completely forgot about my most special day, my birthday."

" they decided to make a small room party at my house at the living room,  my mom was helping and I was upstairs in my room doing homework."

" of course that was the best day of my life, but it didn't change the fact I never ever celebrated my birthday after I turned 13"

"and that's why I am depressed and sad about everything."

Ray stopped talking,

All I could do was huge him back because I was too upset to say anything.

It wasn't long until I suddenly fell asleep in ray's arm.

What? You can't blame me,  he's quite soft okay?!

All I could remember was when I woke up at the nurses office, and assume that ray brought me here so I could rest.

I slept it off and went back to sleep since I was still tired.

Ray took notes from my other classes and gave them to me.

Today wasn't that bad.

I guess.
