Ray's pov:
Today is the day..
Christmas day is here.
I was packing my stuff in my bedroom when my mom came in.
"ray, are you all packed up?" she said in a calming voice.
I nodded.
She walked towards me standing right in front of me, suddenly raised her hand and places it on my cheek.
"I'm so proud of you, ever since your father died, I always thought I'd have to chance to raise you."
"but here you are now, going to college with a scholarship."
"rika is going to miss you a lot."
"I know that." I responded.
"in a few more days, you'll be leaving." my mother said tearing up a bit.
I just smiled and spoke.
"I'll make sure to do my best, for you, rika Emma and the others, especially Anna and Jemima."
My mother would smile too, wiping her tears away.
"Anna was waiting at your door, she said she wanted to show you something." my mom said.
Hearing Anna's name made me wonder what she wanted to show me.
I nodded and went to the front door, opening it and seeing Anna waiting at the mailbox.
She was wearing some sort of sleeved dress and some black vintage shoe, she had a beautiful blue scarf wrapped around her neck,
She also wore a hat with again the color blue.
She looked beautiful,
But, why is she dressed up like that?

I walked over to her, she noticed me instantly.
"hey uhm.. You wanted to show me something? "
I said she nodded.
She instantly took my hand and dragged me somewhere's where I found Gilda.
"wear this blindfold ray." Gilda said.
"why are you two dressed up in fancy clothes?" I asked them.
"just put them on ray!" anna suddenly spoke.
I took the blindfold and wore it on.
"I can't see anything.." I said flinging my hands around.
Anna took my hand a we walked forward.
Everything was silent until Emma's voice suddenly appeared.
"you can take the blindfold off now!"
I took it off and what I saw first was a bright light.
"Surprise!!"
Everyone who i knew in my neighborhood and school were standing around me,
I was confused and first but then I saw the whole decorations and tables.
"what is this.." I said in shock.
"it was Jamal's idea, kinda Anna's too, we planned a whole party for yourast day in Japan!" Don said replying to my question.
"soo... Do you like it?" Norman suddenly spoke.
"I like it?"
"I love it. "
