This might not be too suitable of a method when you're dealing with him. At first he might not even notice that you aren't talking to him! We all know he's a talker. However, he's not dumb, he catches on after a moment. It usually throws him off for a second or two. But in the end he just gives you space, probably knowing already what had caused your behaviour. He figures he'll worry about apologies later, when you will actually want to see him

Ralph🔥
Now, this guy would immediately catch on that something is wrong. At first, he'd get mad, but he knows yelling or throwing a fit is no proper response. Instead, he takes a moment and comes to apologize. It's just that he truly finds the ordeal childish and kind of stupid. It's not the matter of proving who's right, but he doesn't like the silent treatment. Unless you had a real heated argument beforehand, he'll try to at least get you to talk again

Simon🦋
As soon as he notices he gets really quiet too. Although he's often seen as a sweet, perfect boyfriend, he's just a person. So he figures - two can play this game. And it becomes a thing where the two of you just wait until the other breaks. If it's something serious and long-lasting, some guys (*cough**cough* Maurice) place bets on who will "lose". You always make up though

Jack🎼
This is the kind of person that seems to resort to pettiness in such situations, but that's not true at all! As soon as he knows you are ignoring him, he internally panics. It's Jack Merridew after all. All he wants is attention and approval so that's like a slap on the face to him. Of course, out loud he is fussy and arrogant and mighty offended, but deep down he's just scared. You're one of the very few people that are willingly hanging out with him. It would be sort of understandable if not for his demeanour but.. he is trying

Roger☠️
The moment he notices the shift, he raises his eyebrows at you, half done and half humouring you in a silent "oh, really?" expression. Years of knowing Jack had made him very stoic. Unless you had a big fight he'll be super chill. He'll sit around you, also not talking but keeping you company. Pretty much the equivalent of "I'm not touching you" but with talking. Truly, knowing Jack had made him too powerful

Maurice☀️
While I'm not saying he's the third member of the manchild trinity, he won't do so well during silent treatment. There's just something about the fact that he can't do anything to make you start speaking to him again. He'll get fussy, mad, will panic and try to provoke you to say something. In the end, he'll just go and ask his buddies for advice, hoping to end this nightmare
