Chapter 46: Anti-Marleyan Volunteers

The attack titan rose from the sea and carried the ship of Marley that just arrived. The attack titan walked through the seawater up to the ground and dropped the large ship of their enemies on the dry surface. The Marleyan soldies looked terrified by the titan's action.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen of Marley! Welcome to the Island of Paradis!"

Hange jumped in the scene and smiled widely and opened her arms welcoming their so-called "visitors."

Behind Hange is a Marleyan soldier named Niccolo. Both of his hands are tied on his back and a soldier is pointing it's blade on his back.

The soldier who's guarding Niccolo is the one and only captain of the survey corps, Levi Ackerman, who looks bored like always.

"I am Hange! I'm here to received our distinguished guests who've come here from oh-so-far across the sea! Your long voyage must have left you tired! Come, why not join us for a cup of tea?!"

Erwin and Moblit who's also behind Hange sighed and shook their heads. They can never understand how their brunette-friend is so energetic and playful even in front of their enemies.

Hange ran towards Niccolo and threw her arm around his Niccolo's shoulder.

Niccolo flinchef at Hange's action.

"If you were wondering about this guest here who arrived just a bit before you, we're already getting along great! Isn't that right, Niccolo?!"

Hange said with an awkward smile.

"Aagh." Niccole whined and tried to get away from Hange but he felt the blade on his back moved. He chose to stop or else he'll die in the hands of Levi Ackerman.

Niccolo shut his eyes. "Captain! Don't mind me! Just shoot these damned devils!" Niccolo said with a loud voice.

Hange laughed awkwardky and playfully punched Niccolo's chest.

"Hmmgh?! Why would you say that, Niccolo?!"

Levi hissed and rolled his eyes. "He's clearly not interested in playing along with your stupid skit." The captain said in his usual bored tone.

The captain of the Marleyan soldier groaned and gritted his teeth.

"Niccolo!" He said through gritted teeth.

"Listen up, you damned devils! Marley isn't interested in hearing from anyone with defiled blood! What makes you think we'd ever sip pig's piss with you tarnished bastards?!"

Erwin scoffed getting the attention of the Marleyans. "Are you sure? Do you really want to insult us like that? Don't tell me you can't see the titan behind you? I'd love to hear exactly how you plan on getting away from this place." The former commander of the survey corps calmly said to their enemies.

The Marleyans raised their heads and were terrified to see Eren's titan form behind them and guarding their move.

The Marleyan captain groaned. He looked again at the Paradis soldier and aimed his rifle at them.

"We will not bend to the power of devils! This is all that Marley has to say to you!" The captain said and was about to pull the trigger but he got shot on the back of his head by someone.

Hange, Levi, Erwin and Moblit bent down and hid behind the stones after hearing the firing of a gun.

Hange peeked at what happened.
